Reynosa, Tamaulipas: Kidnapper Is Given 50 Years In Prison

The General Prosecutor's Office of the State of Tamaulipas reported that a sentence of 50 years in prison was handed down against Guilebaldo "C" for the crime of Aggravated Kidnapping

A Court of Procedure issued the conviction after the Public Ministry Agent presented elements that reliably demonstrated the responsibility of the condemned today, in the aforementioned crime recorded on May 25, 2017 in the downtown area of the city of Reynosa.

Likewise, the judicial authority established that Guilebaldo "C" must pay a fine of 4,000 Units of Measure and Update, equivalent to 301,906 pesos, the payment of reparation for the damage, in addition to a public reprimand, the suspension of his civil and political rights.

With this type of action, the Attorney General's Office of the State of Tamaulipas, endorses its commitment to persecute and punish all those who violate the heritage, freedom and integrity of citizens.

    1. If someone gets murdered in Mexico you get 8 years.
      But if you kidnap you get 50 years, backwards laws.
