Parral, Chihuahua: Bloody War Unleashes Between Cartels

Shooting between Guadalupe and Calvo cartels leaves 18 dead and dozens injured.

An armed confrontation between criminal gangs culminated in 18 deaths, but the number may increase.

The rain of bullets was recorded this Sunday in the Guadeloupe and Calvo region, two hours southwest of Parral.

Residents and municipal agents of that sector confirmed the bloody massacre.

Until 8:00 p.m. this Sunday the figure was 18 dead and many injured.

Ministerials, SEDENA and State Forces addressed the population but there is no official information.

      Sounds like it. With that many deaths or more, they had to allready be in close proximity, not an incursion. Plus they know each other's safe houses, places of business etc. Hope there is updates or another story on this situation
