The seizure was possible thanks to an anonymous complaint

Elements of the Secretariat of National Defense in coordination with the State Preventive Police, secured a building located southeast of Culiacán, in which synthetic drugs were allegedly stored last Monday, August 9.

It was through an anonymous complaint that the security elements were alerted about a house located on Altramuz Street in the Vista Hermosa neighborhood, from where strong odors gave off, which caused discomfort to the neighbors.

Once the federal and state elements arrived at that home, they observed a male person leaving the place and in his hands carrying some containers, which he dropped to flee from the area once he realized the presence of the authorities.

Once the agents approached the abandoned containers, they realized that they contained a white and granular substance, which indicates that it was probably crystal meth. Due to the strong chemical odors that were detected outside of the building.

It was earlier this week that security elements secured the site pending a court order, which was granted and has already been executed, secured the property, as well as the substances and other utensils located at the site that have already been seized and made available to the relevant authorities, who would be responsible for determining the quantity and type of substance insured
