The Attorney General of the Republic (PGR)
offers 30 million pesos (1.575 M USD) to anyone who provides accurate and
useful information for the location and arrest or apprehension of Rubén
Oseguera Cervantes and / or Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes and / or Nemesio
Oseguera Ramos, Alias "El Mencho", probable responsible and/or
imputed of the crimes of organized crime and others.
In the
Agreement, signed by the Deputy Attorney General and International Affairs, in
substitution of the Attorney General of the Republic, and published today in
the Official Gazette of the Federation, the unit calls on the society to
provide truthful information that lead to know the whereabouts of the person
mentioned, for his arrest.
The collaboration of
society, establishes the agreement, is an effective tool for the efficient,
effective and timely assistance in the investigations and inquiries made by the
Public Ministry of the Federation to identify, locate, arrest or apprehend
potential perpetrators and/or defendants of the commission of crimes, which, because
of their seriousness and degree of violence, threaten public tranquility and
peace, hindering the normal performance of public institutions and social
development.
Likewise,
it emphasizes that the participation of society in the fight against crime must
be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law and under such
conditions as to encourage their collaboration with the administration and
administration of justice, with the greatest security for the people and
families that provide assistance to the authority.
The agreement adds that
both the information provided, as well as the confidential identification
number and, where appropriate, the personal data of the person who provided it,
as well as the minutes that are drawn up and all the documentation and
information, will be classified as information strictly reserved and
confidential.
