[ Subject Matter: Omar Trevino, El Z-42
Recommendation: see link to article on his arrest by BB reporter DD]
Reporter: Proceso Redaction
After the extradition to the United States of 13 narco traffickers, among them Edgar Valdez Villarreal, "La Barbie", this country had solicited Mexico for the formal extradition of Omar Trevino Morales "El Z-42", the last important leader of Los Zetas.
According to the daily Reforma, who cites judicial sources, the PGR present a formal extradition proceeding before a Judge of the Third District in Federal Penal Processes with base in the Federal District.
The prisoner, according to the periodical, started with an apprehension order on 15th of May of 2009 by the Federal Court of District of Colombia, for exporting and distribution of cocaine and marijuana.
The United States Government accuses Trevino Morales of coordinating the trafficking of large quantities of cocaine and marijuana in the frontier of Coahuila. Also he is accused of being involved in the quarter horse money laundering ring, and of transferring funds for this business.
In 2008, an action was launched against him in the South Texas District Court. They accuse him of being part of the Gulf Cartel and Los Zetas since 2001 more or less.
According to authorities, "El Z-42" trafficked marijuana and cocaine from Nuevo Laredo to the United States and has rented properties in Laredo, Texas, for Sicario's to utilize as safe houses.
Trevino was detained on past 4th of March by the Armed Forces in his house in the Town of San Pedro Garza Garcia, in Nuevo Leon.

Why not Z40
ReplyDeletePor que como disen ni en su casa kieren a ese diablo
Deletemy first thought wtf what about 40? has he not returned the prison goveners stero n laser lights
DeleteTrue that. Or better yet why not both of them at the same time. indio z40 and tetaz z42 ....putos carteles de mierdas de rratas.
DeleteThe U.S. aka World Police askin for possession of all these self made mfs from other countries!.. Yet the was & has always been a safe haven former Nazi members!.. They flat out murdered millions of humans!.. Basically the U.S. is sayin no one in any countrie cn sell dope unless the U.S. is deep in yo pockets & ass!.. "World Police" New World Order 4 tht ass
ReplyDeleteIf the can make TJ as safe as SD and Juarez as safe as El Paso, they have my vote for leaders of your new world order.
DeleteNot my "New World Order"!.. I didn't invent them!.. Do your research b4 replying on something u obviously knw nothing about!.. By the way TJ & Juarez is not safe!.. U been commentin & replyin frm under rock!.. But your dumb decision is your dumb decision 2 just easily vote 4 & give the lil power u have!..
DeleteHave they made Iraq, Syria, The Middle East, or North Korea safe?!.. Hell naw!.. They cnt even make Chicago, Baltimore, L.A., or New York safe!.. Homicides out the roof!.. Mfs getting killed in schools, colleges, & churches!.. And u talkin bout safe!.. Wht a joke!..
Delete4:59pm i think you miss the point 1:34 pm was making...Im sure he knows its not YOUR New world order..Thats called sarcasm..also you call yourself disagreeing with him by saying"by the way Tj and Juarez is not safe!" But thats exactly what he said...That they are not safe.
Delete4:59 read 1:34's comment again. He/she said if they could make TJ and Juarez as safe as SD and El Paso then they have his/her vote for your NWO. 5:07 the cities in the US you are speaking of combined don't even amount to Juarez's murder rate in one year when Chapo invaded. Who gives two shits about Iraq, Syria or North Korea anyway. Get your facts straight fuck boi!!!
DeleteWho said those cities compared to Juarez?!. Nobody but your dumb ass! Tellin sombody wht they should read while you misreading your damn self! But we should care about all parts of this Earth... Unstable countries gives us an unstable world... Only this wise understand! Idiots wouldn't & dnt want to understand! Got my facts str8!
Delete@7:17 In their quest for NWO they have killed millions of people, on Iraq about 2 000 000 since they were egged to war with iran supplying both countries with weapons and egg, with Israel delivering to iran through the good offices of gerenal Richard Secord AF and lt. oliver north usmc and Donald Rumsfeld delivering poison gasses to saddam hussein...then you have all the desmadres in libya, SouthAmerica, europe!!! Southe astern Asia, all made in the US, mexico sure has some looong Track record to look to before adopting "saviours" there is also bangladesh and Timor, henry kissinger has been tried and convicted for mass murdering and genocide, but the US protects his ass...
DeleteAlso, the US may have.peace all over the country, as much as possible anyway, but you are stretching it a little bit if you think that "they are going to care about the mexican rabble, "they" just wanna own the jungle and all the monkeys on it...
Once again everyone travels off the beaten trail onto the road of cluelessness. First off No Baltimore is not 100 percent safe Or any other city in the U.S. To compare Mexico murder rates to any of these cities is plain ignorant. No, the U.S. is not the World police until other countries make it that way. We are talking death tolls in thousands and thousands. This is not normal. Mexico does not look at these cartels as terrorists, yet they are. I think it is wise for the U.S. to have these caps sent over, especially since Mexico has proven it does not have the capability of keeping them in place. These are mass murders of many innocent people, yet they sit without any judicial action until they are released for age-related issues or escape. Also, it is no secret the capos prefer not to be sent to the U.S. These criminals are not celebrated in the U.S. as they are in Mexico. When the U. S. makes a request to have any capo sent there, everyone criticizes. However, when the U. S. fails to assist, everyone criticizes. You cannot have it both ways. Either it is or it isn't. With Mexico's deep-rooted corruption and their lack of concern for the safety of its citizens, I agree holy on dragging these idiots out of the country. Once Mexico can get a legitimate legal system and government for its people, then and only then should the U.S. step back.
DeleteNone of you should be talking about the US's safety policy. Mexico has been tabbed the "Most Dangerous Country in the World". Maybe you need to focus on your own government in regards to safety. Extradition has absolutely NOTHING to do with safety. But if it did, we all know the streets of Mexico are a little safer, and I stress "little", with your "self made" drug lords behind US bars than in a prison in Mexco, where they can did their way out of jail with a spoon and a few million for corruption.
DeleteAnd as far as "schools, colleges, & churches", drug cartels are murdering people in the same venues. Mexico is not immune from this, just as is the US or any country in the world.
Afterall, you do not see US drug gangs making videos of themselves wearing black masks & cutting off the heads of women with axes.
I know there are good people in Mexico, just as they are in the US. But the violence and corruption is much worse in Central America than in North America.
forgot this http://intelcenter.com/reports/charts/cti/
DeleteJerusalem is in my mind the most DANGEROUS PLACE IN THE WORLD. THEY NEIGHBOR Isreal, Jordan and Egypt .. They are under constant attacks every other day by other countries.. So please don't even say mexico is compared to these middle Eastern countries
DeleteChivis lets be real you and I know people are much safer in the united states than Mexico. Chicago is the most dangerous city in the united states and I would rather my family live there than any city in Mexico. See the difference is that criminals in the USA know cops don't play. In Mexico criminals do what they do because they know if they have money they can do as they please. That money shit doesn't fly in the USA. There is cases but its virtually unheard of. Try to bribe a law enforcement official in the united states and let me know how it goes.
Delete--Living around israel is living in a danger zone, israel is attacked, but never hit, the palestinians, Jordanians, lebanese, siryan, iraq, Iran , saudi arabia, egypt, all have experienced the attacks of the rabid rat, zionistas israel that learned too well from the nazis...
Delete--next to it, the murders of millions of russians after WWII by the USSR...
-- the US tops all murdering genocidal regimes because while it is safe and quiet around the country, the US exports it's little wars and causes it's murders and genocide there, behind the backs of its own people, and then hides the wrongdoing behind "national security" labels...
--And don't tell ME to go checking for no wiki "factoids" to please your ass...
What about Z40
ReplyDeleteWhy him and not his brother? Strange.
ReplyDeletebecause he talks
DeleteThat slob will be a toothpick in US custody. LOL
ReplyDeleteIt's never going to happen
ReplyDeleteIt costs a lot of money to guard and feed these monsters. Mexico saves tens of millions of dollars annually to have someone else do the job they are utterly incompetent of. Soon a majority of prisoners will be headed to the EUA while la Republica's prison officials pocket the savings.
ReplyDelete8:43 the mexican prison guards spend very little money on prisoners, a bowl of beans and tortillas and some coffee or oats is not very expensive in mexico, but they lose on the kickbacks for favours and "marital visitations"...
Delete--On the US, the special private prisons of the Correctional Corporation of America are the ones that promote the expensive special guarding of these and other crooks, because, well, mjm aah, oops, there is a lot of money there for themselves, there...
Somebody is not playing us right, they have all those hidden cards up their ass...
Hey, in prison there is a schools where prisoners who are indigent and smart learn to make money from establishing relationships with men and women outside they can then share with the guards, other prisoners, and the wardens, you can arrange drug trafficking king murders too, there IS money there too...
DeleteIs only fair since teh US are teh number 1 consumer to house these criminals.
DeleteThey should all be sent to Guantanamo Bay in total isolation.
DeleteEl EUA pays Mexico millions of dollars annually to augment its prison system. That unused ground penetrating radar at Altiplano cost almost a million dollars and guess who foots the.bill?
DeleteThe US sold a bill of goods with their "ground penetrating radar", I hear it quit to allow el chapo, but the subcontractors sure got paid, and the mexican and american middlemen suure made their commissions...
DeleteHes done for ever doing life in u.s
ReplyDeleteChivis, according to PGR Chapo dead?!!!
ReplyDeleteI don't know, but for sure PGR is not saying that. go to the website
DeleteOk thanks. I did read an article that PGR was stating that but perhaps it was a phony website...
DeleteI could not find any request by the U.S. as of yet, even Pacer. It may be true but even sealed docs will have an indication of what the doc is.
ReplyDeleteI have the two indictments against both Z40 and Z42 on my scribd page both the trafficking and the money laundering
see here https://www.scribd.com/chivism_5
It is puzzling to me why request the reluctant narco first ...Omar before requesting 40?
Reluctant? How do you mean?
Deletethat is all I've ever heard in Coahuila about the guy. but that does not mean he isn't culpable
DeleteChivis . It may be to use one to build a case on the other . It suck to import a criminal and them acquit.
DeleteI'm guessing Chivis means Z42 was pressed into heading the Zetas once his brother was captured. While his brother was likely responsible for far more when he headed the Zetas as Z40. Reluctant doesn't mean not a criminal or culpable. But Z40 is a bigger fish to fry so it is odd to press extradition of Z42 over Z40.
DeleteAlthough the U.S. could be thinking extradite Z42 first and then use him to nail Z40 even harder by cutting a deal with him of some sort to testify against his family. He's screwed either way so good luck getting him to do that.
Who can tell me what happened with chino antrax? how many years he took?
ReplyDeletea post is going up. i sent some info last night.
DeleteI'll never forget the video where his tattoos are photographed. Just flabby arms extended , round fat stomache trying to suck it in, and jiggly man titties cleavaged together.
ReplyDeleteThen he starts crying... Z40 was calm and collected Z42 on the other hand soiled himself before even entering prison.
I suppose they will make him squeal then extradite z40 and confirm Z42 story.
Every man cries no matter how tough u think u are.
DeleteHe's gonna have to pay millions just like the zambadas so they don't put him in gp (general population) and gets fucked up by the sureños lol . my cousin just got out of MCC San Diego and he said chino and serafin were constantly getting disrespected and spat on so much that they had to pay to be in a separate part of the jail
ReplyDeleteMCC is federal
DeleteToo much jealousy but there shouldn't be cause these big guys got nailed and are looking at much bigger time than the street thugs.
DeleteHahaha
DeleteThis coward will be shiting bricks ones he hits the USA he will be spilling the beans on all his organization like his paisano osiel cardenas aka the big rat this pussy are only tuff guys in there little town outside they become little chiguguas
ReplyDeleteHahahaha lets hope they send his brother 2 even a bigger coward had 2 bodyguards and rifles ,lots of ammo and when they saw the marines they surrender
DeleteZ40 el barril de menudo con patas had 2 million dollars when he got cogido too, he will be deported when the money is gone, it will buy maruchan for a looong time...
DeleteAnd what about Z40 and all the evil couple that had them students massacred??? You'd think with the Global response that was triggered there would be a demand for justice for them two.
ReplyDeleteThings have changed Cartel Bosses rather live than die for their cause. The ole timer had guts they fought to the end
ReplyDelete
