El Menchito of CJNG free for two months

Translated by Spike for Borderland Beat from a Zetatijuana article
Ruben Oseguera Gonzalez " El Menchito "
Ruben Oseguera Gonzalez " El Menchito " , son of the leader of the Cartel Jalisco Neuva Generacion

Ruben Oseguera Cervantes " El Mencho " , regained his liberty for the second occasion, after a Federal Judge in Toluca ordered his release with a condition that after two months of freedom under a restriction order , he would regain legal status.

Last Friday , a District Federal Judge from the Federal Criminal Proceedings Court in the State of Jalisco declared an auto decree of freedom for " El Menchito " , due to lack of elements ( evidence )to process in favour of the 24 year old,  who faced charges of crimes against health , and violation of the Federal Law against weapons and explosives.

That same day 26th December , " El Menchito " left the prison Centro Federal de Readaptacion Social numero 2 " Occidente" , en Puente Grande , Jalisco , where he had arrived directly from Centro de Arraigo ( Central Base ) of the Procuraduria General de La Republica (PGR)in Mexico Federal District on the 18th December.

Sources at the PGR gave the news of the release of " El Menchito " , however they didn't say that he was first acquitted in the State of Mexico, where he was charged with offences of possession of fire arms and ammo for exclusive use of the Govt Forces, using resources of illegal origin , and crimes against health.

ZETA investigations , exposed that before he was liberated , on the 16th October 2014 " El Menchito " left the maximum security prison Altiplano No 1 , in Almoloya de Juarez , but Federal Police Agents were already waiting to transfer him to SEIDO Headquarters.

The Public Prosecutors office applied for a restriction warrant from a Judge of the second Federal Criminal Court , who specialises in searches , retstrictions and intervention of communications with jurisdiction through out Mexico. He granted the restriction against " El Menchito" within the record , while integrating the preliminary investigation.

SEIDO requested an extension of the precautionary measure on 27th November, it was granted once again by a special Judge. The Federal prosecutor ordered the lifting of the restriction on December 18th, when there was already an arrest order with warrant issued by a District Judge from Jalisco. Then " El Menchito " and a co-defendant were transferred to the Puente Grande Cerefeso , from where he gained his freedom.

"El Menchito " was detained in a residence in Zapopan on 30th of January 2014 by the Military Authorities, the PGR said that " El Menchito" was responsible for coordinating the sale and trafficking of drugs coming from South America , as well as fuel theft . Some of the charges were dismissed through lack of evidence , and others not even reason of imputation. It was a double failure of ministerial authority.

Spike: yet another example of the unprofessionalism of the Mexican police departments in their various guises , and the willingness of Mexican judges to accept bribes to free even the most heinous of criminals.

    3. Well if you put it that way thenb the real bosses are from mexico city or morelos.where they decide who's going to rule mexico. Not sinaloa or guadalajara even though mencho is from michoacan.

    5. @3:47 You are wrong. Guadalajara has a lot of influence when it comes to those type of "things", maybe at the same level of el D.F.. ...Plus the sinaloans work a lot with the guadalajarans. They go hand to hand... Morelos might have a piece of the "pie" too.. but is not just them alone

    6. No one ever said anything about sinaloa ?

    7. ...& Where did it happen.? That's right Jalisco, where guadalajara is located. Again.. they let anotha one go.

    8. The way you know menchito dosent have jalisco on lock is because menchito got captured in zapopan and that is supposedly cjng stomping grounds then he got released in guadalajara and who's play ground is Guadalajara? Chapos and quinteros and some other sinaloan invenstors who are either probably traffickers or business men or even politicians the sinaloans love Guadalajara does any one no of any cats In Guadalajara that work independently and the ones who work for cds ?? Very interested in those big guadalajaren players. And it's not just Mexico city and morelos its all the politicans from every state.

  2. Fucking BULLSHIT. When the USA helped Colombia they cleaned up the mess and filtered the corrupt officials. Mexico is 300x worse with no relief in sight and their border is a spit away. Doesn't the USA give a rats ass either? All these dirty rotten officials so openly engaged in corruption and collusion with the cartels. I have a feeling Trevino and Chapo are not in single cell lockdown. I believe they have private suites with access to every luxury they request. Sonofabitches! Fuck all the bastards I hope a slow and tortuous death befalls all you scum cartel and dirty officials and the quicker the better. I get robbed I have no intention of call the police, they will only send their partners in the cartel to finish the robbery and continue with a home invasion and possible murder. I will mete out justice as I see fit.

    2. The difference between Mexico and Colombia is that the entire Colombian government asked for the US's help. Colombian government officials didn't get the perks that Mexican government receive to look the other way. As long as Mexican officials receive their corruption money nothing will ever change.

    3. The problem in mexico is the indifference of the people, the pueblo is more worried about their telenovelas and soccer teams. What do you expect from a society that glorifies the narcos and spits at the good soldiers and law enforcement that put their lifes on the line for them.I truly believed many Mexican people enjoy getting robbed, extorted, kidnapped, tortured,as sick as it sounds I truly believed they enjoy living like that....oh well if they don't care much for their future, why should the u.s. give a damned...

    4. Difference is Colombia really wanted change. Mexico doesn't. If they did, there would be a revolution.

    5. The us kinda helped with pablo. Not really though... They killed pablo because the son of police chief of medillin found him, ALL on his own work. The americans were an base playing video games. Don't believe me LOOK IT UP ;) plus mexicos situation is much more complex than columbia's. You guys are soo dumb. Where does mexico supply for the cocaine come from? Mars? Jupiter? Nope columbia is one of the main suppliers. It's just that Pablo got knocked and in mexico the networks were already in place ( guadalajara cartel). Any business man would tell you it makes more sense for Mexico to take over the drug trade as opposed to columbia. They're so far away. Lol if mexico hadn't taken over the game believe me columbia would STILL BE Really bad. Worse than it is. In mexico if you take down el chapo who's accomplishments are double those of Pablo "the legend of drug lords" theres someone right there to replace him. There's no other outside country to take over that power, that drug trade. Understand?

    7. Colombia fixed their drug cartel/corruption problems without a revolution. Revolution isn't always the best option. ESPECIALLY IF THEIR IS A BUNCH OF IGNORANTS INVOLVED IN IT. Maybe that is why the first one didn't work. I DOUBT that another will fix things.

  13. He probably knew that he would have to do some time and spent those 2 months delegating his power for when he serves.

He will need jail time under his belt, if he plans on following in the foot-steps of his father.

Maybe it's me but all of the children of the big timers end up doing "some" time.

I personally believe it's intended, so they have street cred amongst their colleagues; very much like the Yakuza requires their members to serve jail time to move up the hierarchy.

  19. On the US, prison is just for the lower drug traffickers, elite criminals never see the inside of a prison, para no estar chingando, john de lorean may have been roasted, but did no prison time, just as some pet boys of the amerikkan dynasties, people so rich the don't even need the money.
In mexico, you see somebody's ass getting kissed and pampered, and you know the fix is in, in the menchito's case, you see daddy moving on up and up, the new pet boys of the new pri...
--@8:51 the apathy of many mexicans, their lack of participation, because of evil or ignorance or cowardice, is easy to bear with...
--@8:51 your malicious rants are not so easily tolerated, you are the kind of pople that blame also the Tlatlaya and the Ayotzinapa victims among the latest, on their ignorant and poor parents for not educating their children well, or in the case of the US, the schools where american children get turned on to drugs, gangs, and a life of crime that keeps amerikkkan private prisons full, those same schools selling out to privatizers, blame the parents for not taking care of instilling "some" principles on their children...

  23. @11:46 all on the village pay for every child's education, children or no children
--many children go to private schools and their parents pay for it, no tax breaks, credits or anything...
--public schools spend all the money, sometimes more than 50 000.00 dollars per child, whether they go to public school or not...
--'educational' organizations want to privatize that money, that is their Common Core, they also want to deliver half the services fo twice the money, and what is worse, they do not improve anything, in spite of grabbing the best students, privatizing chunks here and chunks there and magnetizing some public school programs, like organized crime, parents have to fight gainst organized crime trying to privatize public education, on top of trying to get to their children's minds some education, in a world where it is taboo saying it like it is, namely, your best friend drags your ass to drugs, not because he/she loves you, but because somebody WANTS your money, done...
--Whatever happens, happens, that is your problem, and ''the parents fault'' the judas excuse, ''judas wash his hands'', judas is now bent on impunity, and demands organized 'legalization'...
--organized crime seems to have been getting the upper hand in education, for a while, on this country, but that is your problem , i have 4 children all went to 'collidge', all have good jobs, in spite of the 'subtle' lacras in public and private education...
