"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat
An armed criminal cell that goes by the name of Grupo Lobos aka the Wolves Group has just released a narco message. Their directive was found on a pedestrian bridge located on Arturo B. de la Garza Avenue, near the Deportivo Bancario. It’s unknown at this time which cartel this cell belongs to.
With all due respect to the citizens and to the government that fulfills their duty as police officers within the municipalities. Our message concerns the case that happened here in Juarez, Nuevo León with the officer. We, the Grupo Lobos don’t want thieves, kidnappers, rapists, and extortionists here.
Everyone who is caught doing these kind of things already mentioned must prepare themselves for the consequences. With an advances warning there is not betrayal here. We don’t mess with the government. Nor the citizenry. What we want is peace. Sincerely, Group Lobos
