Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua: Nine Arrested For Kidnapping And Organized Crime

An investigation was carried out derived from the kidnapping of four adults and four minors, which led to the capture of these suspects

The Office of the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR), through the Office of the Special Prosecutor for Organized Crime (Femdo), executed a search warrant where it managed to arrest nine people related to the probable commission of organized crime and kidnapping crimes.

The investigation began as a result of the kidnapping of four adults and four minors that occurred in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, in April 2021.

Derived from the application of multiple cabinet and field investigation techniques, coordinated by the Federal Public Ministry (MPF). The identity of various people involved in the events was established, with which on September 10, 2021 it was obtained by the Judge attached to the Federal Criminal Justice Center in the State of Sonora, based in Hermosillo. An arrest warrant against him for the probable crimes of organized crime with the purpose of committing kidnapping and aggravated kidnapping.

Likewise, a search warrant was executed in various homes located in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, achieving the arrest of nine people: Aldo "S", Carlos "F", Jesús "N", Luis "H", José "R", Alan "A", Miguel "P", María del Carmen "T" and Larissa "M".

These persons were placed at the disposal of the internal judge of the case in the Cefereso of Hermosillo, Sonora.
