 "Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat

Two tractor trailers that apparently were transporting rounds of different calibers, owned by the Tecnos company, were stolen on the state lines between Guanajuato and San Luis Potosí.

The robbery took place at dawn this Wednesday, on federal highway 57, near the municipality of San Luis de la Paz. The trucks were guarded by other units, which have not been located.

Federal and state authorities have not reported details about the theft of the ammunition.
