Semefo delivers bodies of Chino Antrax, his sister and her husband, Mexico confirms identification

by Chivis Martinez Borderland Beat  TY Gus for the heads up

Sinaloa State gave the identification process to PGR, federal AG office. Sinaloa SEMEFO stated they had doubts. However, the State Attorney General's Office (FGE) issued an official statement in which the following was read:

“The State Attorney's Office of Sinaloa made the official identification of José Rodrigo Aréchiga Gamboa, Ada Jimena Aréchiga Gamboa and Juan Guillermo Garcia., victims located deceased on Saturday, May 16, 2020, in the Ayuné, Culiacán municipality” This gave way to the true identity of the Chino Anthrax , one of the founders of the armed group that in his time intimidated rival groups with violence.

U.S. Helped Identify Chino

Since Saturday morning, the body of José Rodrigo Aréchiga Gamboa, the Chino Anthrax, remained in the amphitheater room of the State Attorney General's Office (FGE), where it was taken, after finding him "encobijado" along with the bodies of his sister Ada Jimena and Juan Guillermo Garica.

Sources close to that agency revealed that it had to be certain that he was in fact Chino, who had skipped supervised release from San Diego, California.

Since it was announced that the body of the Chino Anthrax would be taken to the Forensic Medical Service (Semefo), senior security officials have made the decision to protect the facilities against a possible rescue of the corpse. At that time SEMEFO announced identification was “uncertain”.

The National Guard, the Mexican Army and the Mexican Navy set up a security perimeter at the entrance of the Security Complex, guarding the complex 24/7.

There was no confrontation between authority and narcos. Vehicles entering and leaving were checked,  drivers were also questioned.

The Mexican government conducted  collaboration between diplomatic authorities from the Consulate of the United States of America and the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic of Mexico.

The identification was made with the assistance of the US collaborating with the Mexican attorney general’s office, as Borderland Beat reported on Saturday.

The U.S. had already, independently, made the identification on Saturday.

Late Sunday night the family of Chino was finally allowed in to view the bodies of him and his sister.

Just past midnight today, the bodies were finally released and handed over to their families.

  1. That asshole brought suffering and misery to his family. His parents, his siblings and daughter all have to suffer because this lazy psycho - who had choices - wanted an easy life.

I myself come on this informative blog daily to read what is happening in the War on Drugs in Mexico. Having followed Chino Antrax's trail of destruction to innocents and mankind certain that poisoned drugs reach there destination AT ALL COSTS. I was relieved when he was captured and really relieved when he fled. Now he gets his sister killed and himself murdered and you're still praising him? He's exactly where he belongs, answering for his sins. Guess you're ready for the same ending or is it all b.s.? Just saying. Peace.

3. Those are the consequences of a person's actions. I remember when some guy from the Zetas was going after the gulf cartel, taking it to them, until the gulf video taped his mother and siblings being decapitated. Horrible to say the least. Arellanos killed like 15 people at that ranch in ensenada or rosarito which included men woman and children. Then there was that one video of CJNG gutting a 12-13 year old boy in front of his father. I clearly remember the guy committing the crime relating his acts to that of butchering a baby goat. These are cartels, not a group of law abiding citizens. As the saying goes, "there is no honor amongst criminals "

This guy lived in the states and in someway screwed up and the cartel wanted him to go to Mexico to have a chat because if he wouldn’t then they would go after his family in Mexico. obviously this guy knew he was a dead man walking and ones he showed up in Mexico he was a dead man he knew there was nothing to talk about. So to protect his family he complied and went to Mexico. And his body was found days later.

In Mexico and in what state. They do this ask collateral in case jale goes unaccounted for. The famous canelos de Durango sang to an 18 st gang member which I’m sure you in the know will piece who he is. Anyway he owed money to the chakas down south and was eventually tied up and bound in Culiacán. Fortunately for that man the chakas decided to let him live with promise that the debt would be paid.

    2. Very true, This does happen quite often in DTO's, Even in famas too. I have an associate who's Tio had been executed by his own people, Mexican Mafia. He was in charge of an area, The soldados he had were known for being ruthless. His soldados would never straighten up, So to send a message they asked my associates Tio to come over to a junta. Everything seemed well, At the end the Tio was walking back to his car with another member, Saw something on the floor and kneeled down to pick it up, They shot him in the back of the head & Left it at that! My associate was working with them as well, She quickly jumped ship & Left the state, She doesn't tell anyone where she lives and moves often because she's paranoid.

There's a dude who just got out of the feds in March, He sang like a canary to the feds but forgot to mention all the contract killings he'd do for the Juarez Cartel or Anyone who would feed his addiction. There's a greenlight out on him, He goes by the name of his hometown. He is an extremely dangerous person, Idk why the feds used him because he lied about alot on others to take the focus off of him. But if the authorities ever encounter a green or blue colored late model sedan in either Texas or New Mexico (close to the Frontera), Check the trunk, According to that guy he left 2 bodies in there. A white male and female.

Chino went back to get his money that his sister was hiding. That was his house his sister rented for him. He was going to alter appearance permanently, but would wait it out after covid lockdown was lifted.

This trip was secret, only a few family had known. His enemies learned that he skipped town from the news. His sister visited him with fake mexican identification and crossed over.

And chino and another person from mayo side came and hugged Ivan from his back took his pistol without a struggle Chapo later found out Ivan got slapped open handed by his father el Chapo himself and was grounded for a long time maybe a whole year didn’t show his face at any party’s his dad was so ashamed of him and Ivan was ashamed of himself also for being embarrassed like he was nobody everyone who is everyone knew about this and that’s where his anger started

Money can only buy "carne de cañón" but it won't buy loyalty. CJNG while being in most of Mexico they really don't control much of the Plazas they are in. You could say the same about CDS with the only difference is that in strong CDS plaza they are fighting themselves and neither side will allow CJNG to step in like other cartels are doing.

There's nothing in the DEA website or southern California court district saying he testified against anyone. Answer, you are correct he did not testify but it is evident he spoke volumes. There are 3 dockets (documents) that are very recent that are completely sealed. not redacted, SEALED. it had to do with sentencing. those docs would reveal the scope of his loose lips. We prob will not and should not see them. it would hurt any info gained and reveal too much about plea negotiations.

like what does a person have to give in order to get a sweet deal liked chino instead of life in prison

More than likely, he got a 5k1.1 downward departure from U.S. guidelines. Providing substantial assistance to the U.S.

  37. Is it possible that sister and husband were kidnapped and Chino Antrax was the ransom?
Doesn't make sense that they left his money in Sinaloa - she could have easily moved it in the last 6 years or it could have been stolen. Having a hard time believing he went back for any other reason.

  38. The house where the assault took place, do not have any security systems... There is not even a metallic protection fence, no blinded door. Also, in Mexico plenty of people live inside protected neighborhoods (Coto) with 24h check point.

Something is off, why would he come back down there and choose to stay in this house?
