Ovidio Guzmán, Doesn’t Have an Arrest Warrant in Mexico; He’s Only Wanted for Extradition

Alfonso Durazo, head of the SSPPC, states that the son of Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán does not have any arrest warrant.

Ovidio Guzmán, no capture order in Mexico; is only wanted for extradition.

The son of drug trafficker Joaquín Guzmán Loera "El Chapo", Ovidio Guzmán López, "El Ratón", has no arrest warrant from the Mexican government.

The central character capo, who displayed the weaknesses of the State on October 17 in Culiacán, Sinaloa, is only wanted by an arrest warrant for extradition purposes of the United States government.

Alfonso Durazo, secretary of Public Security and Citizen Participation, commented that, for the moment, the Mexican government has no national arrest warrant against Guzmán Loera's son.

"No, there isn’t really an arrest warrant, he’s only subject to an extradition order. There was a failed operation that has been discussed enough, but at this moment it is only, for that responsibility that we should talk about" .

At the end of the signing of an agreement with the National Anti-Kidnapping Commission (Conase) and the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) of the Ministry of Public Security and Citizen Participation (SSPC), he said that it is necessary to improve the country's justice system.

"I think we are all aware, but unlike the previous operation we must consolidate the judicial system."

  2. Yes but CJNG is the most powerful criminal empire in Mexico. Jajaja. It’s so funny how the sheeple believe the propaganda. CJNG are local drug peddling extortionists and when weight is confiscated in the US it is blamed on CJNG. Ingenious CDS! Keep doing what you do!

  5. Pretty sure a generous amount of money made internal issues go away.
Continuing the same process which Mexico is famous for (bribes).
October 17th clearly displayed that holding Sinaloa citizens hostage is by no means an issue for arrest. Question is? What is the eligibility for an arrest warrant in Mexico?

Same political powers which led to what Mexico has become.

    1. 5:29 Ovidio under arrest, had no input on the problems caused by his arrest, he volunteered for his getting taken to save the women and children present...
The private bounty hunters who sprung the trap on their own arsehoods did not count on the astute sagacity of CDS but uttam dhillon now knows better to write reports than seeking trouble in Mexico, something ambassador Chris Landau is just learning while he continues to sharpen the knives to take AMLO down, saint elliott Abrams keeps trying to convince Bladdermir Putin to let him take down Nicolas Maduro, because of all that Venezuelan Oil he wants to get his claws on...prolly while benefiting from Colombian drug trafficking which their party has never been able to leave alone...

    Would Mexico actually say anything?

Mexico is his home and he is safe and sound. I also don’t get why people want him caught so bad he’s
not a top boss he just lives off his family’s money. His other 2 brothers are the ones that wouldn’t let him get caught to just be extradited as a trophy.

  20. Interesting. I mean, if he’s not wanted in Mexico for any crimes, should mexican law enforcement/military be hunting him, simply because he’s wanted in the U.S. on yet to be proven charges? I think not

    3. I saw a documentary about him. They called him the most wanted unwanted man or something. He was out in the open, not hiding at all. So many countries wanted him but couldnt get him. When ppl became addicts he stuck them in a hole in the ground and they would just kick. He had his own country pretty much. Operated for decades untouched.

  24. Another dumb comment by the head of citizens security, says is the US that wants him, not MEXICO, duh Durazno, US wants him for no reason at all, nope he did not have illegal drugs, smuggled into US. He is a innocent law abiding man. You should just say, we are afraid to touch him and we won't help USA. Don't need to beat around the bush.
