Culiacán, Sinaloa: Come See The Animals In Their Cages

A video has surfaced online today. One in which a human corpse is being thrown away like simple rubbish in some wretched landfill. A narco ballad can be heard in the background while the men on screen dispose of the body. Who the dead person is or what offense this individual may have committed to have caused their death is unknown.

The enforcers might speculate why it all came to this. Many times though there is no real rhyme or reason for what happens in the underworld. Only the intellectual author of this crime knows the real reason. But the executioners will never know the actual truth to this. They just know that the work has to be done.

Video translation is as follows:

Sicario: Heh! Heh! My pa looks so beautiful now! All the thieves can go fuck themselves. Ha! Ha! Ha!

  1. This is going to sound so ignorant but I am curious. While I was in Mazatlan Sinaloa recently I asked locals how the cartel situation was there. They said that since it was Sinaloa Cartel's stronghold there it's pretty peaceful. There are no warring cartels. The busineses there do not need to pay tax or protection money.

So why is Sinaloa so violent if the Sinaloa cartel dominates the state? Like no one would dare mess with them since they have a ton of resources. And Mazatlan was pretty safe and I travelled with 2 other girlfriends. Thank you all.

    1. 7:46 they say that to all travelers who dare ask that question. Rule of thumb,,, if the town has a drug lord and a curfew.... you should have went to Vegas

    2. Must admit that most citizens in Mexico's certain states are tranquil. Only stipulating that those who are killed are involved in the drug game.
      Leaving majority of citizens alone.
Yet numbers of homicides tell a different story.

This from someone who hadn't been in Mexico in about 18 years due to fear.

    3. In Sinaloa they have their rules and if someone doesn't respect them could end up dead. For example if you are a car thief you're playing the Russian roulette. Or maybe the guy was cooperating or he was selling drugs without permission.

    4. It's common knowledge here in Mazatlan that if you don't mess with the Mafia that they won't mess with you. They own Sinaloa. Literally from the top to the bottom. Here, you just better mind your own business.

    5. Has it changed I thought Mazatlan was Beltran Leyva Territory? For the most part it is peacefull with hookers walking the street. Going from Mazatlan to Nayarit their were these paisas coming from Cali who were afraid to cross a checkpoint so we had to wait with them till it was morning. I doubt them guys would have done anything to us but to them most likely I believe they were bringing weapons to the Narcodefensa movement the reason why they were so skittish. The part that was interesting was that when we were passing the checkpoint their was a convoy of pickup trucks with Sinaloa plates in front and in back of us headed into Nayarit.

    6. They kill themselves, over a bad stare in the eye, disrespect someone at the light stop. Someone talked bad to another's mom or dad. Or just simple envy.

    7. The simple answer is because everyone is being fed; politicians, resorts, businesses are able to operate legitimately without fear of extortion, other business owner are given the option to launder money, sicarios are taught certain codes that for the most part are followed, the average citizen is respected for the most part. There are robbers, thief’s, kidnappers and other criminals that operate independently, or rogue sicarios that break the “leave innocents alone” rules and when found they get picked up or dealt with. All this control is obviously lost when there are large territory wars like in many other parts of the country.

    8. Did you witness any violence while there? Where you extorted, robbed, did you feel safe while out on the street? How was the night life? Were people out past 10 pm? Have you visited other places like Acapulco or even Rosarito and compared your experience?

    10. Its not that it’s violent because of the drug war it because Sinaloenses snitch you out for anything and I mean anything. If someone slips over a banana 🍌 peel they snitch you out!

    11. because Sinaloa is split you still have Beltran Leyva lyalist to the North and Guzman & Mayo loyalist to the South. Someone always trying to infringe on the others territory or suspected of doing so.

    12. Sinaloa have a different way of going to war... Sinaloas snitch and send on military or cops to arrest the competition.. That's why MENCHO TOOK their plazas because he made the local cops flip on cds by killing the ones that protected CDS
7:46 Don't get to comfortable, there is at least 3 tourist killed in sinaloa yearly.
If you don't go around trying to snap pictured of sicarios or capos if you see one, ask to many questions about cartels , or don't flash wads of cash where ever you go you will be safe ANYWHERE in the 🌎

    13. @8:59 - nope nothing violent no robberies. Also we usually slept around 10pm but one night we stayed out to 1 am to Joe Oyster bar and checking out the nightscene and there was a Mustang beach concert going on lol.

and I went to the other pueblos like La Noria, El Quelite, Concordia and Copala. I haven't been to Acapulco yet but I was in Michoacán for a couple of days last November ~3 months ago and stayed out till 5 am for day of the dead celebrations. Nothing bad happened as well. Btw I am Chinese and my friends who went with me both times were also Asian.

Thanks everyone for your responses it's insightful.

    14. My uncle was from nayarit but had houses in Mazatlan yes he was a narco actually got pretty big when he was here in u.s. but in this game there are no winners after a couple of big losses he couldn't pay back or get more time to pay back. he was picked up from his house in front of his girl and kid they weren't hurt. When my people's went to look for him passing out photos at the morgue and hospitals and police station they were told through his lawyer that cartel people were watching them and they should leave and let it be he wasn't gonna come back. So while Sinaloa can be a horrifically violent place as long as you aren't involved you usually will be left alone. Rest in peace tio I'll see you again someday

    3. 10:17 PM Tell your family to pay your workers better instead of the average 300 pesos per day. Squeeze them checks son. If you are in Urupan, Ario De Rosales, Tancitaro, Los Reyes and the surrounding areas the Viagras are the ones who are doing all the extortion. CJNG or should I say their allies are in La Huacana, Turicato, Tacambaro maybe not since their was a templario heavy in the surrounding municipalities 5 years ago, Huemtamo, Cotija, La Piedad, Sahuayo, Jiqilpan and Morelia but that area is full of Templarios, Chilangos and Viagras.

    5. In sinaloa the SICARIOS have no one to extort, avocado is big money... What would they extort from sinaloa? The big company to monte? The 🍅 firld? That doesn't make close to what avocado growers make 😆
9:22 is really a sinaloa guy, chilangos are pretty cool and get along with michoacanos.. Good joke THOUGH lol

    6. @8:14 como que te arde cuando hablan del Cartel Jalisco Nueva transGenderenacion. How do you know what his family pays their workers? You want to talk about jobs and wages, let's talk about how CJNG puts up fake job ads on social media and kidnaps those young men from Michoacan and Jalisco and forces them to become sicarios! Lemme guess, that's a fake story. I bet your one of those fanboys who blames everyone else but CJNG for all of the violence occurring in the two most violent states, Guanajuato and Michoacan...🙄🤪

    9. 10:08 AM No kid CDSRL and CJNG are responsible for the violence in the State of Guanajuato while the Viagras, templarios, chocomiles de tepeque and indi groups allied with CJNG are responsible for the violence in Michocan with the Carteles Unidos meaning viagras and the above mentioned are responsible for the cobro de cuota in the areas i mentioned above in the areas i know CJNG has allies their are no cobro de cota because i have people in both areas. I also know how much people pay workers in the avocado industry.
