Juárez, Chihuahua: Teen Sicario Who Pulled The Trigger Is Identified

The impunity to the underworld also has its limits.

Municipal President Armando Cabada reported that the sicario who broadcast himself executing a man on Boulevard 4 Siglos has been fully identified.

Cabada lamented how young people without morals and conscience kill human beings and also videotaped themselves with brashness as if it were a feat.

He asked parents to be more aware of their children and their whereabouts as crime attracts young people by paying them a miserable sum or with drugs to perpetuate enticing murders.

He said that the sicario is now identified and the information has already been provided to the Prosecutor's Office. But one should not expect much from this criminal who blatantly displayed impunity in the underworld and the indifference he has for authorities.

Cabada offered a lecture during a civil service tour of paved streets in the Colonias.

Note: the identity of the suspect is 19-year-old José Carlos Molina

  3. Don’t be surprised if a video that POS being tortured and executed, is posted in the next few days. That would be justice.

    1. He was captured by Municipal Police in Juarez, so that is a strong possibility. Depends on if he killed someone important.

  7. Am I the only one bothered that everyone is a sicario? Not everyone is a hitman. If there are two gangs and a member kills another member, is he a hitman, is it a gang member just killing another gang member, or just a murderer?
Very unprofessional hitmen to record, use names and then release the video, Mexicans have lowered te bar for the term hitman. In other words, not all of these people are getting paid to kill, some kill to kill, for revenge or just cause they can get away with it. I know, I'm splitting hairs. It's just a rant relax people!

    1. It's not Juarez or the cartels that call these people sicarios. It's the press to keep people entertained with these stories. I've known they are just hired assasins for the most part except for a few cases where they dissapear without a trace. Most of these guys are from prison gangs not actual cartel members.

  8. Do we know this is cartel related? What about a personal score to settle? Road rage? Do we know how horrible or awsome of an individual the victim was? What the gov't should do is find the Ayotzinapa killers.

  9. This is a game these roaches play, they Honk the horn at a vehicle and if they honk the horn back they kill them. It’s been going on in Reynosa and along the border a long time. If they don’t honk the horn back they give them money and not a bullet. I think it’s time to send our special forces in and send them all back to Hell!! They are like the Nazis and have to be wiped off the face of the Earth!!

  10. The killer is cannon fodder for the cartel.

As long as there is widespread poverty and corruption and money to be made in crime there will always be plenty of young recruits to fill the ranks.
