More than one ton of cocaine seized in Tabasco

It was seized along with a tractor and a person, in the Military Security Post "Puente Tonalá"

More than one ton of cocaine was seized, along with a truck and an individual, at the Military Security Post "Puente Tonalá", within the state limits of Tabasco and Veracruz, the National Defense Secretariat reported (Sedena ).

Through the Command of the 30th Military Zone, he explained that the seizure occurred at approximately 8:00 p.m. on November 29, when the unit entered the review area on the Villahermosa-Coatzacoalcos highway section.

In a statement, he noted that the Kenworth Tractor Truck, 2016 model, with license plates 59-AK-1D and cistern was revised, which was empty and apparently used to transport alcohol.

During the inspection, he added, military personnel observed that he presented a modification on the outside of the vehicle, an indication that motivated the thorough review of the vehicle, locating a double bottom, which inside contained 13 153 packages of white powder with the characteristics of Cocaine

Everything seized, in coordination with personnel of the Attorney General's Office (FGR), he said, was made available to this institution in the Cárdenas Delegation, in Tabasco.

  1. Excellent 👍 catch, but it happened it MEXICO, a judge will get bribed, and the loot released.

  3. The load will reach its destination. It just incurred more transportation expenses. Military escorts to the border are probably twice as expensive. And cartels need to hire better people to do vehicle modifications!
