Christmas Memorial: Guzman Family decorates site where Chapo's son was murdered

Chivis Martinez Borderland Beat  Material from  LaVerdad

Decorated for the Christmas Season; 11 years after the murder of Édgar Guzmán, the son of El Chapo, his family expresses their remembrance at the spot he was gunned down after sicarios unloaded 500 bullets.

In 2008, the Family of El Chapo Guzmán lived a painful moment, as Edgar Guzmán López, eldest son of El Chapo Guzmán, was killed in a parking lot of a commercial plaza after his killers fired  at least 500 shots in Culiacán, Sinaloa.

At the time of death of his son El Chapo the family adorned the grave of the young man with more than 50 thousand roses.

At Christmas the family decorates the exact location of the murder with décor of the holiday season.
At the site, there is a display of wrapped gifts that form a shape of Christmas trees, and poinsettias.
The death of Edgar, son of El Chapo.

Édgar Guzmán López, son of El Chapo, was  22 years old on the day he was brutally murdered on May 9, 2008, allegedly as a revenge by Arturo and Héctor Beltrán Leyva.

It is said that these two men ordered the execution of the son of El Chapo by way of revenge, as it is speculated that the drug traffickers accused “El Chapo” of being responsible for delivering El Mochomo [Alfredo Beltrán Leyva] the youngest of the brothers, to the authorities for what broke the alliance they had at the time with the leader of the Sinaloa Cartel, "El Chapo" and also sent sicarios to kill his son in an act of settling scores.

  4. And yet the government permits a memorial site to honor a son's peril engaged in criminality like his family.

  5. El Chapo also sent sicarios to kill his son in an act of settling scores???? I highly doubt this.

  6. When the AFO gave instructions and info to its Mexican Mafia hitmen Popeye Barron and his crew that Chapo “has one weakness he worships the Devil and has a small son who is sick and brings him to the US to get treated because he doesn’t trust Mexican doctors.”

What son were they talking about?
Chapo worships the devil so why does he pretend to be Christian?

  12. Why is that memorial still there. The presidents have no back bone. Get rid of that memorial & start arresting/killing the cartels.
Mexican are stupid people. I am ashamed of my Mexican decent because my people are too stupid, there is no LAW & ORDER. The president lets them go. Death penalty needed, right to bear any kind of firearms.

    3. The Americans are not doing much better because they keep allowing the cartels to hide their family in the US. El Chapo's wife was even allowed to give birth to his daughters here. Yes, I know that she is an American citizen but they acted as if she were no one of any significance. Things like that expose the lies and deception.

  14. Making them fight to divide and conquer was easy, given Arturo Beltran Leyva was psychotic as a result of his own addiction to cocaine, all genarco garcia Luna, epn and FECAL had to do was arrest El Mochomo and blame El Chapo, subsequently, the three amigos split the profit and share the presidency until AMLO arrived to rescue MEXICO.
--MADAME URESTI may still not know genarco has been arrested on the US.

  17. It’s likely the private property is owned by a person, partnership or corporation “sympathetic” to the pain of the Guzman family.

*The memorial does not appear to be on public land nor city hall, so all of you shut the fuck up and let this one be.

  18. I was there in December for Christmas and I can tell you that not a one of you fucks would dare get near it. you would disappear and never be seen again. The John Wayne attitude is easy in other countries and behind a screen. The reality is that there are customs and beliefs that differ but are just as valid. I see this often when I go to the Super Lay and it is sobering.
