Yaqui for Borderland Beat from: Zeta y LAPD y mvsnot
Elements of the Attorney General's Office (FGR) complied in Ensenada with the order of formal detention for the purpose of international extradition issued against a man wanted by authorities of the United States of America.

Hilario Sierra has been wanted by authorities in Los Angeles, California since 1998, when he was found to be primarily responsible for the commission of the crime of kidnapping to commit a robbery of a car with violence, as well as homicide. At that time, the Los Angeles Police Department warned that it was likely that Sierra, a member of the “WSK” gang, had escaped to Mexico to evade justice.

Hilario Sierra aka "El Lari" or "El Pancho" was arrested by elements of the Attorney General's Office ( FGR ) to be extradited to the United States for crimes such as kidnapping and manslaughter, after remaining 21 years fugitive.

The arrest was made in Ensenada, Baja California, after the formal arrest warrant for the purpose of international extradition issued against this man also identified as Ricardo Castro Patricio, wanted by authorities of the United States of America.

The extraditable is required by the Superior Court of the state of California , Los Angeles County , for his probable responsibility in the commission of the kidnapping crimes to commit a vehicle theft with violence and homicide.

The detainee is likely responsible for the illegal deprivation of liberty and homicide of two persons, one of them being a minor, on February 2, 1998 , when Sierra and his possible accomplices intended to steal narcotics and cash from an alleged drug dealer who they had located and gone to his premises.

According to the investigation, on the day of the events, Sierra and his gang went to the domicile of the drug trafficker who lived in a residence at the back of the victims' domicile, they were followed up and  their way was blocked forward; forcing them to stop to demand money and drugs.

At that time, the investigation points out, they realized that they had the wrong people and for fear of being betrayed they killed them with gunshots to the head to finally burned the interior of the truck with the bodies inside to destroy any clues and /or evidence.

Sierra was arrested by federal ministerial police (PFM) to be transferred and made available to the District Judge Specialized in the Criminal Accusatory System in Mexico City, based in the Southern Preventive Prison, to define his legal status according to the Procedure of International Extradition.

    2. 5:53 Most gangs are gone fool. You shoulda been around in the late 80s early 90s at the height of gang activity. There was a gang posted up in every neighborhood of about 5 to 20 guys everyday. I was a little kid and those times were crazy. Nowadays its easy gangs are nothing now.
