Tijuana: FGR Secures Nine Tons Of Marijuana

Armadillo Borderland Beat From Proceso
Personnel of the Attorney General's Office (FGR) secured more than nine tons of marijuana in a building in the Pinos Agüero neighborhood of Tijuana, Baja California.

In a statement, the agency explained that elements of the State Preventive Police noticed that drug packages were stored inside the residence and notified federal authorities.

An agent of the Federal Public Ministry (MPF) requested and obtained a warrant issued by the District Judge Specialized in the Accusatory Criminal Justice System to search the house, where members of the Federal Ministerial Police (PFM) located 757 packages of the herb, weighing in at just over nine tons.

  4. My guess is that even with the tape and packaging those bales gave off a pretty pungent aroma. I’d bet anyone within a few hundred yards of that place would realize there’s a lot of weed nearby.

  6. Marijuana should be left alone. Stick with the hard core drugs.
This transition of legalization has begun.

    1. 12:06 telosico. Grifa is still the key to more diversified crimes and drug addiction, even the most greatest of the cartels started trafficking grifa, and making it legal and playing along with the proponents only puts more money in the pockets of corrupt police and politicians.

  7. Sure it's stems and seeds, rot pot but on the streets of Dallas, Baltimore, Chicago or Oakland no one is complaining at the 2:00 am street parties. The junk will get you high inexpensively and there is a market for that, sadly.

    2. 8:42. At the end of the day who cares who is smoking it,? It's still $5,000,000 worth of weed wholesale.

And a lot of that weed coming from the West coast of Mexico isn't too bad.

I've seen some beautiful weed come out of packages just like those from Arizona Now the stuff coming out of Texas was always a joke but AZ and San Diego is a whole different story

  11. Didn't rcq revolutionize the weed industry in Mexico back in the 70's-80's by improving the quality? Now that he's out of prison and back to being a "farmer^, maybe he's made improvements. Now its nearly impossible to grow a hectare of all females, but with enough workers, you could cut down males before pollinization takes place. A daunting task in a valley of herb.

    1. You don't have to cut down males if you start from clones. And nobody in their right mind would grow a acre of weed from seeds in this day and age.
