Tamaulipas: El Chapo intends to rebuild hospital for the needy

Chivis Martinez Borderland Beat Valor Tamaulipas

First strike in attempts to keep U.S. hands off his assets

TAMAULIPAS.- The lawyer of Joaquín 'El Chapo' Guzmán, José Luis González Meza, reports that the Sinaloense is willing to grant a resource to rehabilitate the old Carlos Canseco de Tampico hospital, to serve the needy population.

He said that it could be invested through the Foundation founded by Chapo’s mother, María Consuelo Loera Pérez, so that medical services are granted to the underprivileged community.

He warned that these resources that would be granted through a civil association would benefit the population of the southern zone of Tamaulipas and northern Veracruz, which is why it would be sought that the ambitious project be supported by Governor Francisco García Cabeza de Vaca.

Even the litigator in Mexico of Guzmán Loera, cited that if the site where the old Carlos Canseco Hospital is located is not ideal, another place would be sought to modify it, since what is sought is to build a hospital that benefits the greatest number of inhabitants region..

In the same vein, the lawyer indicated that he will seek to join the Binational Commission for the Recovery of Assets and Assets of "El Chapo", imprisoned in the United States, so that the amount or fortune managed by the Sinaloense remains in Mexico and not in the United States.

  1. Chapo is a good guy he got in the drug game because that’s all he knew he made the best out of the little resources he had. All he wanted was his family to live a good life never extorted and messed with innocents, and don’t start with that “he had many people killed and made Juarez what it is” he killed rivals and wanted to make Juarez Sinaloa plaza which means it would be safer. Juarez cartel and la linea members deserved to die killing and extorting innocents to look strong.

    7. You believe in fairy tales too much pal. Juarez was relatively safe before Chapo began his war against the Juarez cartel. Juarez and even Sinaloa extorted in cd Juarez aftet the war began but since Sinaloa had the Mexican government and the U.S. DEA AND CIA helping them any extortion that happened in cd Juarez during those times was blamed on La Linea in order for Sinaloa to gain public support. It was a bit in vain however as word of mouth got around on who was who in the city hence this is why Linea still exists.

The only people who think "El Chapo" was a good man are those who benefited from his illegal enterprise. Now chew on that one for a minute before making more of a fool of yourself by making ignorant comments like this one. Get a clue, the man (El Chapo) is a danger to the entire planet!

      Delete
    24. You are clearly clueless, the guy has killed people, that in itself is an issue. It's just not moral regardless in a pursuit to sell more drugs and have control. Give your head a shake. How does being a drug lord get any type of moral protection. It is something that is leading to the decay of society praying on those who are just to easily manipulated and imprisoned by poverty and addiction. You may think it's all he was able to do w the resources he had but he also had choices he could have made.

He’s not a saint but if one guy had to be in charge it should’ve been him, not like cjng and zetas who murder innocent daily for no reason.

    31. You are so misguided! I flat out disagree! Talk to all the mothers of those that have been killed by Sinaloa Cartel! You know, I see all kinds of hard-working Mexicans working hard not hurting other people! Doing all kinds of jobs with honor! And pride and respect. Follow the rules, not trying to cheat or beat the system and break the law. Chapo chose to walk the line of drug dealer, thug killer with his orders. So stop it!

Nobody says El Chapo is a Saint, but he did not order the kidnapping torture murder of DEA agent and former US Marine Kiki Camarena, it was US government rogue agents posing as CIA that did the dirty deed and used their puppet Mexican government agents and Cartel De Guadalajara to help, even now they keep a secret of state the tapes they made of the interrogation while torturing Camarena. I doubt Nixxon's secretary erased them.
--One question, Why would CIA, NSA, and DEA cover up for so called "rogue agents' High Crimes and Misdemeanors"?

Tamaulipas Cartels would love to have it there to go and murder the clients, "governor" and narco Francisco Javier Garcia Cabeza de Cagadas de Vacas would love to steal its assets and then bill AMLO 4 or 5 times for Chapo Investment.

    3. Vicentillo hasn't even turned over a cent, and he's been in prison for a decade now. When Chapo was free they were already going after his money, they just couldn't find it, and they wont. Nothing changes, same with Mochomo, they said he had billions (more like millions) not one cent recovered.

    4. It'll take time.....and his lawyers can stretch things out. They obviously don't know where it is, or they'd have taken it. I don't think he has a much as they say anymore. The last 5-6 yrs alone cost him 100's of millions, and while he was being pursued hard the last 2-3 yrs before capture, he wasn't moving as much weight. He couldn't. No one would work with him..he was too hot. Plus most had turned on him by '15-'16...He was no longer a prime earner, but just a huge expense, liability, and lead anchor to the business. JMO

Those Kingpins were only consulted to ask for their cooperation in cash for the presidente in turn, worth Hundreds of millions of dollars... And then they got turned on to each other "for breaking up the agreements" by the likes of genarco garcia luna, FECAL and EPN, with backing of Salinas and Slim.

If a person lives amongst this type of thing, it becomes kill or be killed. Rather than come to the US illegally, he stayed in his home country and did what he could. Fact is, the cartels exist damn near solely bc we in the US are such a purchaser for narcotics and other contraband. That is how the cartels became powerful. Not because they invented anything. Synthesizing a drug does not make you the parent of product invention.

No one in, or wanting to get in is dissuaded from Chapo or anyone else being captured, incarcerated or killed. If anything, it gives them hope they’ll be the next Chapo.

We do blame them for the increase in deaths due to their move to get into the fentanyl game. Outside of that we accept our own actions. I mean do we think people that are obese blame McDonalds, or do they realize it was their choices they led to it. The hugely vast majority is going to acknowledge it was their choices. Same goes for the drug game.

  48. The American people know who the real players and who runs theses drug operations...the CIA DEA.It has and always will be that we the United States are the main consumer of illict drugs and there is no end in sight of this epidemic because the powers that be want it that way to control the masses. Chapo was just another lowlife drug dealer and a scapegoat. There are Bigger fish than him and always will be others ready to pickup where he left off. In short the Government just wanted his asset's, they don't give a Rats Ass on the safety and well-being of you and I! It will never stop the flow of drugs because of the voracious appetite the United States has for drugs and money, money the government wants thru the sales of drugs!

  49. People in the USA want access to drugs. Cocaine has been part of the culture since the disco days. Marijuana has been part of the culture since the sixties. The US government whether intentionally or not (which is funny because at some point most politicians at some point in their lives attend a party with hookers, cocaine or marijuana) makes it possible for guys like that to have dreams of becoming filthy rich drug barons as adolescents. Then later they commission vast tasks forces to chase them and eventually Capture them which later causes multiple people usually less organized and more vicious to jockey for the previous drug barons position.

    1. Interesting comment!
Just like those hypocrites who stand on the altar preaching. Condemning those only to partake.
Everyone has skeletons in their closet.

  50. That's funny how people judging him and judge everybody but there's only one man that can judge you. You can do anything you want down here but when you get up there you got to answer to the main man and he's going to judge you and give you your fate.
