Chivis Martinez Borderland Beat

The Mexican Federal Attorney General's office have confiscated a million dollar mansion amid allegations was purchased by the wife of the former CEO of the state oil company with bribe money. The government locked up the gates to the $1.9million five-room luxury pad in Ixtapa, Guerrero, on Thursday.

The 3,578 square-foot home was purchased in 2013 by Marielle Helene Eckes, the wife of Emilio Lozoya, who once was the head of PEMEX [Mexico Petroleum].

Prosecutors allege that it was bought with kickback payments received from a government deal with a private firm. The palace is just one of three homes located in the exclusive Quita Mar neighborhood. The five-bedroom mansion has its own private beach.   The Mexican Federal Attorney General's office seized the $1.9million mansion of Marielle Helene Eckes, the wife of Emilio Lozoya, former head of Mexico's state-owned oil company.

The luxury home is located in the state of Guerrero and offers a view of the Pacific Ocean and access to a private beach.

The palace, which  features is own outdoor pool, was allegedly purchased with kickback payments after Lozoya gave the final OK for PEMEX to buy fertilizer plant from Altos Hornos de Mexico [AHMSA], one of Mexico's largest steelmakers, for $32.6millionEach of the five bedrooms has its own bathroom, and four feature their own dressing rooms.

The master bedroom boasts its own living room, a terrace, a palm roof, a pergola over the garden to block out the Pacific Coast's sun and a marquee that offers a direct view of the waters. There are also two living rooms, a pair of storage rooms, a fitness gym, a film room, a kitchen, a laundry room and a garage with parking spaces for three vehicles. Records accessed by Mexican investigators show that the home was acquired Lozoya's wife 11 days after the Mexican state-owned petroleum company purchased the Agronitrogenados fertilizer plant from Altos Hornos de Mexico [AHMSA] -one of Mexico's largest steelmakers.

The property has its own private beach   The mansion  is just one of three homes located in the exclusive Quita Mar neighborhood   Emilio Lozoya (right) was the former head of Mexico's state-owned oil company during former president Enrique Pena Nieto's (left) term in office. Lozoya is accused of accepting $10million in kickback payments from Odebrecht, , a Brazilian business which is the largest construction company in Latin America

Government investigators in Mexico are looking into how a $1.9million home was purchased by a gift by Marielle Helene Eckes (pictured), the wife of Emilio Lozoya, former head of the country's state-owned oil companyLozoya signed off on PEMEX to acquire the plant for $620million Mexican pesos, or $32.6million.Analysts at the time considered the fertilizer plant to be rundown. 5. Why? Because companies have always looked at cheap labor for bigger profits from migrants. And narcos have the money to get what they want. No different from those Chinese who buy their way for their children to attend colleges here in the US. Or purchasing land for agricultural purposes with tax incentives.
My wife stated it best. AMERICA HAS ALWAYS BEEN FOR SALE.

    6. Valid questions. Before heading down any road where dirty politics is the destination, remember to prep for the journey by: deep breath in, picture a briefcase filled with stacks of $100’s, and long slow exhale. You won’t actually feel relaxed doing this, but that suitcase you pictured was real, it paid for that view of the Pacific...and I guarantee that shit is nirvana.

    7. That is actually a very good point. My Mexican friends who are intelligent ethical and hardworking have no prayer of making it to the USA legally in spite of the reality that they would make amazing U.S. citizens. Why? Because they are poor. But corrupt assholes and criminals (as long as they look like fresas) are all over Texas and Southern California like it's their back yard. Miami, L.A. Vegas for big boxing matches. Driving Lamborghinis and shit and posting it online. We see this stuff. But I we're supposed to believe the government can't!! The *same* fucking government that will reject a guys tourist visa to take the kids to Disney because he got caught jumping the fucking fence 25 years ago. It's some bullshit.

    10. 12:07 President AMLO made a deal with Enrique Peña Nieto and he got immunity. He won't be charged for anything. Enrique is now enjoying life outside of Mexico with a new young, beautiful model gf who is way younger that him. I believe she is twenty something.

    14. 12:07 don't worry about El Chapo Mommy, she is not getting subsidies from any American or their government entities to go and see her son, sorry if it bothers you so much...
--EPN, PRI, and Co. are not getting arrested because among other things they and their PAN associates made up laws about stealing and public corruption from their government positions is not a grave crime or a great deal, AMLO is trying go make it a big crime again with retroactive provisions, while fighting all the bitches and the bitching and their complaints generated by his refusal to cultivate the Chayote to buy the Prensa FIFI.
--On top of it, at the same time, AMLO is working on not buying one more grain of corn from the US where they always keep the corn cobs for some strange reason, something related to the Americans being known all over the world as the "Corn Cob Uncles".
--Also working on being self sufficient in hydrocarbons and refining their own gas with their own Mexican refineries...
--reforming public Security without Mierda Accords funding for Mercenary Death Squads whose crap got too old is another #1 priority... Thanks for your interest.

    15. Well, the answer is simple: All the corrupt politicians, drug dealers, businessmen (which are hard to tell apart) represent $$$ and the illegals are just cheap labor.

Just that reason should make this house in Mexico should cost 10 million dollars and make one like that on the US worthless.
But the risk to your life reverses the proposition.

  4. EPN is untouchable. His riches are legitimate under Mexican laws. Despite its irregularities from those who are not immune from prosecution.

  5. That's correct, before 2018, in Mexico, did not exist law and order, nowadays it's different and corruption is not allow any more.

    1. Federal Senators in Mexico are untouchable, nobody can criticize or expel them from the Federal Senate...
Senator Deschamps got appointed as a plurinominal I am sure, because nobody would elect sus putas nalgas if he ran for dog catcher due to universal hate for him and his corruption,
La Quina at least took better care of the oil workers Union, but exhibiting Carlos Salinas de Gortari as a child murderer of a house maid got his political head chopped and his ass in prison, he did not have the balls to kill Salinas when he could, he only wanted to reduce the balding rat in size, a mistake.
