Villagrán GTO: 3 Nephews of the Mayor belong to Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel

ThrowAway for Borderland Beat

Three nephews of Juan Lara Mendoza, mayor of the municipality of Villagrán, Guanajuato are part of the criminal dome in the structure of the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel, directed by José Antonio Yépez Ortiz, "El Marro".

Federal government sources reported that the Fabian brothers, "La Vieja", and Noé Israel, "El Puma", as well as Luis Ángel Hermenegildo Lara Belman, are second in the criminal structure.

According to the sources consulted, the three brothers are part of the organizational chart of the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel, an organization that was founded by David Rogel Figueroa, "El Guero", former head of the State Preventive Police (PEP) in Tapachula, Chiapas, who escaped in 2014 after being captured.

Government personnel consulted mentioned that the relationship of the relative of the mayor with the brothers Lara Belman has begun to be investigated by the Federal Police and the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR).

The authorities have opened investigation folders for money laundering, as well as other crimes related to the illegal extraction and sale of hydrocarbons, as well as for the commercialization of drugs.

In recent weeks the federal security cabinet, headed by the Secretariat of the Navy (Semar), has carried out different operations to arrest José Antonio Yépez Ortiz, "El Marro" who is credited with hanging a blanket with threats to President Ándres Manuel López Obrador

Yesterday, seven people were arrested, including an active Federal Police officer, as well as a family member of "El Marro"GTO:

  4. Marro might be in trouble. His world is small compared to others. If they get fuel theft under control, he could really have a hard time. I think it was CNJG that hung the blanket against Marro. Selling drugs commercially instead of wholesale, is much less money coming in the door

    1. Your reference will need to extract information on about 90 percent of all officials in Mexico to stop the corruption /violence.
      Which will not happen.

    2. 5:46 federal police extortion rackets are relentless, but the worst are about 10% and that means the leadership, their federal government bosses send them all over Mexico to extort everybody and put the money together. Make the federal brass accountable.
