Also confiscated was 1.1 kilogram of fentanyl in paste, 2.6 kilograms of fentanyl tablets and 8.1 kilograms of heroin, which together were made available to the agent of the Federal Public Ministry of Hermosillo, Sonora, where the investigation folder was integrated .

The agency stressed that the operation was carried out based on the Naval Personnel Acting Protocol acting as Coast Guard to inhibit criminal action, in order to guarantee security and maintain the Rule of Law in Mexican maritime zones and coasts, and in strict respect for human rights.

  3. The only way to damage fentanyl production is to threaten China and other precursor chemical manufacturers with sanctions on imports. Like their being banned of any business in the USA including other products. Once a shipper has been I.D, none of their ships will be allowed passage into U.S. waters. Chemicals found mislabeled means the US Coast Guard can board suspected vessels on the high seas and take samples from 55 gallon drums. Then penalty is seizure of the ship and it's contents. Countries will scream, but in the end, they will have to provide proof of provenance via documentation as to point of origin. The paperwork trail will lead to the guilty party who will then be sanctioned from ever doing business in the USA. A few seized ships would definitely deter shipping companies from accepting illegal cargo while smirking.

    1. Yeah, good luck trying to threaten China on this. They've been absolutely DOGWALKING America on trade recently.

    2. Wal-Mart goes broke and longstanding enmity between rival Chinese states, breaks out into mass public hostility toward the politburo. If you believe China is unified, Look at what happened in Yugoslavia then in the breakup of the USSR. Ukraine's problems is the product of Stalin's export of several millions of Belorussians out of line of fire on the Eastern Front. China is a tinderbox and nothing would set it off faster than an economic meltdown. Yes, a Chinese Civil War --- exactly the same as history 1930 - 1948. Hong Kong Kong and Guangdong united versus Shanghai versus Manchuria. The Chinese would not hesitate to go nuclear to not lose in a civil war between provinces. Bet your butt this is some scary stuff. The illusion of unity was and is exactly the same as Yugoslavia. They hate each other's guts.
