In Roma Tx on Hwy83 just about every intersection or every mile there is 1 LE either be a state trooper, CBP or local. It really just depends on the day but normally anything from Zapata to rio grande is loaded with LE.
It’s known that early morning, dope is being transported across the river.

  4. It’s known when members of CdG have gotten scared of being killed they cross into the US. In recent years several plaza bosses or sicarios have felt the pressure from military or rivals and made illegal entry into Roma.
Who knows what this guy was up to, maybe just a mule for crossing drugs or illegals.
