    4. EVERYONE does not deserve a fair trial but to not compromise our constitution everyone MUST be given a fair trial.. it is not about being against or for someone it is to support the integrity of our judicial system.

It is really that simple. Yes edgar should have had a fair trial had he actually gone to trial and not cut a deal.

Everyone does. or we become Iran, china or Mexico

  7. They're charging him with his cousin juanchos death, as well as blondie Bastidas. Supposedly the former was killed for being a dea rat. Strange to see Ramon Arellano on the list. I thought It was common knowledge that it was mayos cop who killed him. Actually he killed Ramon, and Ramon killed him. It was a mess.

  9. Excellent let's get the show rolling, they had plenty of time to prepare. For the Chapo lovers...he is doomed.

  10. Judge Cogan has no control of this trial, if he did he would not let this happen. Chapos defense literally cannot prepare for the evidence the Govt wants to use against him. That is unheard of in US Law. Honestly this is grounds for dismissal, the US govt is simply doing whatever it wants and not following any protocol. Judge Cogan should be ashamed of himself, this is not how the law works in the US. These decisions are being made by people very high up in the corrupt FBI and the DEA. The FBI has literally no credibility anymore and does whatever it wants with impunity. A real shame.

    1. What never understood about continuance denials: He will still be incarcerated. He's not escaping that jail. Let the defense prepare adequately or he has a chance of walking. No joke.

  12. Americans act like ISIS when it comes to prosecuting people they don’t like or want a confirmed conviction. The same way ISIS won’t give a fair trial is what the DEA and the rest of the government is doing with Chapo. The reason why they’re not giving him a fair trial is due to a lack of evidence. If the evidence was solid they wouldn’t be abusing his rights. Every man is entitled to a fair trial unless your Islamic fundamentalist. How many times have you seen in the media where some twit was caught with 1 or 2 kilos and the media says he works for the Sinaloa cartel. Someone gets killed and the killer supposedly works for the Sinaloa cartel because they found an ounce of weed. Stop with the BS and give the man a fair trial.

  13. From someone who was involved in a fed case 20 yrs ago and did not beat it, let me tell you the conviction rate in trial is 90 to 95%. The governments case is solid. They dnt waste their time and as many witnesses as they got theyre gonna bury him in adx!!!

  15. Alot of cry babies for Chapo here.
The U.S. has been doing these kinds of trials for year and Chapo has had more than a year and a half to prepare his defense. Any more time for him to "prepare" and this goes against -the right to a fair and "speedy" trial law here in the U.S.
I, do not see anybody here in this thread comolaining against immigrants due process the way they complain about Chapos???
