Mencho's wife released from custody on 77k dollars bail

Judge ruled there was insufficient evidence for jher to be charged with organized crime, those charges were dropped, money laundering money charge still stands.  She was granted bail by a new judge who took over the case...

Rosalinda González Valencia, wife of Nemesio Oseguera "El Mencho", was released on Thursday night, September 6, from the Federal Women's Criminal Court of Morelos, where she was being held.

Federal sources confirmed the release of the wife of El Mencho leader of the Cartel  Jalisco Nueva Generación, after covering a bail that was around 1.5 million pesos. [77k usd]

The woman was arrested in Zapopan on May 26, accused of organized crime.

On June 3 she was charged of being related to a network of 73 companies and individuals that would have laundered one thousand 100 million pesos between 2015 and 2016.

She leaves with a group of  probable sicarios or bodyguards who were waiting for her
However, the judge concluded that there was not sufficient evidence to prosecute her for the crime of organized crime, the one with the highest penalty of the two charges that were charged to her by the Attorney General's Office (PGR).

Although this offense allows for provisional release, the judge ordered her to be remanded in custody because she was a flight risk, so she was held  in the Morelos Prison.

Iván Zeferín Hernández, control judge of the Federal Criminal Justice Center in Almoloya de Juárez, where the hearing was held, declined jurisdiction in favor of a federal control judge in Cuernavaca to take charge of the process.

The accusation against the wife of "El Mencho" indicates that allegedly that she was a part of a network of companies and people who between 2015 and 2016 laundered 1,100 million.

    1. Why are you so surprised? If anything a little bit later than expected.
Any judge handling this case will know the consequences of not complying to Menchos wishes.
Expect nothing less when it pertains to impunity and corruption by Mexican officials.

    2. Bolivia is even more easy for narcos. I return for 5 weeks from Beni Department and Santa Cruz de la Sierra to buy genetics for cattle but while there we see everywhere how the very top narcos have no concern from police or militar. Santa Cruz de la Sierra is like Culiacán but for Bolivia with USD everywhere and with a very strong economy from coca paste, cattle and real estate speculation and unlike Columbia, Venezuela, and other countries the narcos keep their profits in Cochabamba and the east of Bolivia.

      Delete
    6. in the black car yes, and took position behind the white car, and I am sure out of camera range are trucks with additional sicarios. there is no way mencho is going to trust not being followed.

    7. Que pendejos, you think sicarios walk around in full tactical gear and ak47s ready to fire? and you think mencho is not going to send protection? yes two of the group look like attorneys and they usually are at release of important narcos, but so are sicarios guarding against any kind of enemy. those men and one woman are not relatives, no hugs just handshakes. relatives would not be sent in case there was trouble.

      Delete
    8. Why would the sicarios be in a tiny expensive luxary car with rims? Those were lawyers prepared to meet any new arrest warrants with amparos in my opinion. Its pointless to have sicarios pick her up they will be outgunned at the jail. The sicarios are most likely down the block waiting.

    11. oh ok you mean in the states.

I rec the presser in my inbox, maybe a week or so ago? mostly meth i think but also fent laced heroin and a few keys of coke. looked like snacks.

and why are tire shops always involved in metro areas? : )
i always wonder that. for drugs and money laundering look at the tire shops

Actually what the presser said was
'it ISN'T the first time we've hit this particular cartel' or something close to that, which I thought was very weird. Why the secret?

Although all major cartels operate out of atlanta, I can guess it was CJNG, as you probably know Atlanta is one of their two main hubs. It would not be CTNG- they were formed by mencho for the dispute over local TJ commerce and the route into SoCal. They began by recruiting former AFO people and persuading some Sinaloa operatives to switch sides.

with large success they have reshaped trafficking across the TJ POE, and Mencho checked another box in his list of narco dreams. This route allows him to enter the U.S. market and expand his operations in the U.S., beginning with California and the Los Angeles hub.... Paz

The lady friend of one of the most ruthless, violent and sadistic human beings to currently roam Gods earth is laughing all the way into the Devil/Mencho's warm embrace. For a paltry 77K's blood money which she'd blow on a night out.

Everyone afraid to speak out, no doubt. And for good reason. Broken law and disorder is winning the war. The good are silenced into submission while the graves keep being filled.

Sad, sad day. I can almost hear Mexico weap. I'm here thousands of miles away shaking my head in disgust. A bloody disgrace!
