The comprehensive security plan "Operation Cleaning", implemented by the State Government to intensify actions that provide peace and tranquility to the population in the Tierra Caliente region, remains active in several communities and municipalities.

According to a press release, this weekend, the operational deployment mainly includes the municipalities of Apatzingán, Buenavista, Gabriel Zamora, Múgica, Nuevo Urecho, Tepalcatepec and Parácuaro.

Inter-municipal operations were launched to combat organized crime, and prevent and abate the crimes of the common law as part of "Operacion Limpieza". Among the actions that are carried out include overflights, patrolling by land, screening filters, road surveillance and intelligence work.

This scheme, launched on July 23, on the instructions of Governor Silvano Aureoles Conejo, included the reinforcement of the state of force with more than a thousand additional elements distributed throughout the region.

The reinforcement personnel belong to the Secretaries of Public Security (SSP), National Defense (Sedena) and the Navy (Semar), as well as to the Attorney Generals of the Republic (PGR) and State Justice (PGJE), and the Federal Police (PF).   The presence of federal and state forces will remain to guarantee the tranquility of the population and provide the necessary conditions for the integral development of the region.

                                                       Ulises Sánchez Garibay, "El Inge"
"El Inge" Arrested :

Police sources claimed that "El Inge" was arrested yesterday on the Morelia-Uruapan highway, at the height of the town of San Ángel Zurumucapio, in Ziracuaretiro.

Elements of the Secretariat of National Defense (Sedena) and the Attorney General's Office (PGJ) of Michoacán apprehended Ulises Sánchez Garibay, "El Inge" , allegedly involved in the crime of murder, committed in the municipality of Múgica.

After stating that the capture was made as part of the actions undertaken in the "Operation Cleanup", the PGJ noted that the Public Prosecutor of the Regional Prosecutor's Office "filed an indictment against Ulises S Garibay, who according to test data that make up the investigation folder ordered the death of the body that was identified as "Gustavo V" on February 13. "

In a statement, the agency said that on that day a group of armed men forced the victim to board a vehicle in which he was taken to a lemon orchard located in Nueva Italia, Michoacán, where he was deprived of life with a gunshot by firearm.

Later, the body of "Gustavo V/B" was located on the Siglo XXI highway, at the height of kilometer 150 + 896, for which the PGJ took cognizance of the case and started the corresponding investigation folder.
During the investigations, it was possible to establish the possible participation in the events of Ulises S., "El Inge" , presumed financial operator and one of the ringleaders of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel , CJNG,  which led to an arrest warrant against him for the crime of homicide, which was granted by a judge and completed by ministerial agents.

The detainee remained at the disposal of the authority, which in the next few hours will resolve his legal situation. ( Lets watch for that )

According to the PGJ, it continues with the investigations on the grounds that "there are indications that relate the accused to a criminal cell in the region," and reaffirmed his commitment "to bring before the courts any person who threatens the integrity of another "

  8. Synopsis of the speech “Congratulations on a job well done & a special thanks to the elite team who risked their lives to secure the potato. As we all know this area is full of sicarios but we have given enough advanced warning of or plan to line up here today & pat ourselves on the backs that those criminals had time to drive to another city & spend the day. Cookies & refreshments will be served after this waste of tax payers money. Thank you & we hope to see you all back here next year when we will be handing out bullets to cartels since the incoming president has no stomach for war or conflict.”

  14. How do you catch rival cartel members alive for execution? Sol? Sicario007?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. You stalk them, get to know their routine, these guys have family aswell and go home aswell, so once the sicario is on his way home you roll up to him and subdue him pick him up and off you go

But if you wanna do what cartel people do, you kidnapp the local homeless drunk, tweaker or mentally ill and force him to read a script so your audience think hes from a rival cartel even if no one falls for it and then while being a douge bag you execute him

  16. They did a sweep of the city, only caught one and some weapons. No that is not a big hit. Elements of surprise and covering a perimeter of the city, would have produced better results.
