Irapuato Guanajuato: CJNG murders and dismembers son of police commander

Chivis Martinez for Borderland Beat  material from AM, facebook and 1Plano

The dismembered body of a man was abandoned at a public security booth, with narco messages for a police commander.

The abandoned body was identified as the son of police commander Francisco Zavala Diaz.  The son was kidnapped a few days ago during an armed attack.

The related events began on the 18th, when armed men entered the commander's  home and began shooting. In the end, two men were dead, and the chief’s son was kidnapped.

The son of the police chief, is identified as Francisco Zavala "El Chico", a taxi driver, age 33.

The commander was not at home.

Neighbors reported that the two men returned gunfire, but  were outnumbered.  It was estimated there were 15 men in the commando.

This morning, at around 7am the body of the commander’s son was discovered wrapped in three black plastic bags.  The body was left at a security booth, where there is 24 hr surveillance and the presence of municipal police.

The body was discovered during the change of shift.

On the body a narco message was written on cardboard, threatening the police commander.

"El Marro"
The messages were from CJNG, and said, “This is what will happen to police that continue helping “Marro”.  Another text read “Here we leave your son comandante Zavala.  This is happened for believing “Marro”, Zavala you are next!”.

José Antonio Yépez Ortiz, alias "El Marro"  is the leader of "El Cartel Santa Rosa de Lima".

On May 11, after the ambush of a municipal police patrol entering the community of Tomelópez, three police officers were shot dead, two of them died, among them, the commander Federico Zavala Díaz, brother of the commander Francisco.

    3. Mo I'm not white but I would suggest not making any kinds of mistakes when your driving or they will say they will give you a ticket and it's going to be expensive... blablabla at the end he will CV convince you that paying him will be easier and less expensive. ALWAYS wear your seat belt.. eventhough hardly anyone wears one. The cops know how to distinguish people who are not from there so any mistake is a quick buck in his pocket. Don't drive with U.S plates, big giveaway. Cops are the most corrupt in Mexico

    1. Zip ties are very expensive in mexico sol,
but cheaper than a whole roll of cinta canela.
Must have something to do with the torture.
Also with the Mando Unico, bent on owning all the cities and the business attached to it, that is more productive than persecuting "El marro" and his allies.
Wonder why nobody sees a commando of 15 people, must be using invisible paint like all the huachicoleros and their invisible trucks.

  3. How does Mencho explain this kind of stuff to his daughter and son? "Cut up the police commanders son whos supporting Marro." Thats coming from Mencho no doubt about it. How do his family feel about what he is ordering?

  6. Sometimes I think why sign the messages, this obviously bring the heat. I get it that they want that person to know but they can do that anonymously by phone or a 3rd party. I think it’s the rivals heat up a cartel
    Just my 2 cents

It would not be the first time, even E42 has had his name used by some mpersonator recently,
--you can't fix that, but you don't have to believe all the wool they put before your eyes, municipal police make Mando Unicos job of monopolizing police work harder, and that is too bad

      Delete
    2. Could be the enemy who did this and trying to blame CJNG

    3. Not sure if my last thing posted. But I hellla value your opinion E42. But it's not hard to tell who you are, keep it up buddy
