On Saturday night, the authorities were alerted because new narco banners appeared in Piedras Negras.

The report was made after motorists circulating on San Luis Street, dial 911 emergency, noting that the fence of technical high school number 5, had a hanging banners addressed to the state-level commander of Fuerza Coahuila, Héctor Flores Rodríguez aka El Jaguar.

On the canvas they mentioned that ‘El Jaguar” was responsible for a Nuevo Laredo car bombing in 2012, [read the story using this link]as well as the abduction and  disappearances of people in the North region and Cinco Manantiales [Five Springs]of  Coahuila.

In addition, he mentioned the blanket that El Jaguar belonged to a group of organized crime, collection of piso, trafficking of people and drugs, in addition that was protected by the commander Miguel Hernández Barajas, alias El Hummer and the former secretary of government of Coahuila Víctor Zamora, and that together they mocked the Mexican Army and the Secretariat of the Navy.

    2. It is idiotic to accuse somebody that administers a blog about organized crime which exposes all the barbarie going on in Mexico of being involved in organized crime being that most states in MX have media black out and are opposed to bringing drug gang violence to light...unless somebody has some serious proof of chiva being in the maña then sit your ass down and entertain yourself with something more relevant...not ass kissig either but i do

    7. Could be Willie likes the abuse because it actually makes her feel like she’s needed. So she shows up periodically 4 her masochistic thrills. - Sol Prendido

  2. These banners were put up by an individual who has knowledge of what transpired. Exposure of unwanted attention for those who wish to remain anonymous for their misdeeds.
Wish more banners of such were placed all over Mexico. Shedding light to the corruption practices of government. Maybe then government can get their act right!

  5. CJNG at work, as usual fighting for easy access routes across the border. Police Chief refuses to bend the knee with CJNG. He must know what word "enough" means. Good looking man if anything
