Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas:
In an action carried out by elements of the Marines, Jorge Luis Torres Barron, alias Zeta Aguila 7, signalled as a member of a criminal group has been operating in Ciudad Victoria carrying out extortion of truck drivers and drug dealers, informed the coordination group for Tamaulipas.

During his arrest, authorities confiscated a van, 2 packets and 162 doses of a herb with the characteristics of marijuana, as well as 46 doses of white powder and 13 doses of rock, as well as an AK47 assault rifle, a pistol, spare magazines and ammunition, which were put at the disposition of the PGR.

With actions such as this, the Group for Coordination in Tamaulipas reaffirm their commitment to the recuperation of law and order and peace in the state of Tamaulipas, with the support of the armed forces and in collaboration with state and municipal authorities.

    3. Vice lords organization is a Chicago based gang with African affiliated members. An organization founded on political / social matters in the 1960s.
      Although, like many gangs there are those who are not of the same ethnicity.
      Business in trafficking drugs have been there means of operation. If what the commentator indicates is true. I see it as a hub for business with a cartel for supply and demand at wholesale prices.
      Nevertheless , still a far fetched scenario.

      Don’t see a Chicago based gang with branches all over the US taking over someone’s house.

    4. Nevermind the "Vice Lord's" aren't a centralized single gang like the cartels. They used to be in the 1980's. Or something loosely resembling the cartels although not as organized and structured.

  10. How legit can this guy be if he's carrying around "doses" of weed, coke and crack? This is ridiculous. Also he wearing a worn out Levis jacket and basic hoodie, he's either a hipster, or just a low level dealer trying to support his family?
