El Ojos of the Cartel of Tlauhac killed in DF

Translated by Otis B Fly-Wheel for Borderland Beat from a Noreste article

Subject Matter: Felipe de Jesus Perez, El Ojos
Recommendation: No prior subject matter knowledge required

No less than eight narco traffickers, including the leader of the organization, Felipe de Jesus Perez, alias El Ojos, died today in a shoot out with members of the Mexican Marines in City of Mexico, informed that institution.

Perez was considered the head of the extremely violent organization that operated in the demarcation of Thahuac and Iztapalapa, in the south east of City of Mexico, detailed the Secretary of the Marines in a communication.

He assured that the delinquents fired on the Marines, who repelled the attack in a shoot in which eight members died from the criminal organization dedicated to the sale of drugs, extortion, kidnapping and homicides.

The confrontation happened during a vigilance operation that the Marina carried out in the south east zone of the capital in support of the PGR and as part of a Federal Police investigation.

At the scene of the shoot out the Marina found, various high powered rifles for exclusive use of the armed forces.

Narco blockades were set up after the confrontation

Perez is allegedly responsible for the distribution of drugs in the south and south east zones of the Capital, as well as in the installation of the Autonomous National University of Mexico.

According to Mexican authorities, Perez has operated his organization since 2012, and is responsible for 50 assassinations, among them a commander of the Attorney General of the State of Mexico in February 2016.

Felipe de Jesus Perez, El Ojos

Felipe de Jesus, better known as El Ojos was taken down today, he was 48 years old and had never been in prison. Since 2012, his cartel took control of the south zone of Tlahuac, Milpa Alta and Xochimilco, but also operated in Chalco, State of Mexico.

According to investigations of the Attorney Generals office of the Capital, he started as a sicario but headed a fleet of motor cycle taxis that doubled up as dealers.

Official reports signalled that El Ojos was an extremely violent individual, and since 2013 have attributed dozens of assassinations in Milpa Alta, Xochimilco, Tlahuac, Iztapalapa and Coyoacan.

As well as threatening investigating police officers he left animal heads outside of agents homes. He felt so confident that last year he showed himself at the Zapotitlan fair, along with his sons and his bodyguards, where he commissioned a narco corrido.

He ran into trouble earlier this year when sicarios of El Gaston, another narco leader of the area wanted to take revenge on Perez for having ordered several murders.

El Ojos is one of 45 families that dominate drug trafficking in Mexico City, according to investigations by the PGR. On May 18th this year, the son of Perez Luna, Miguel Angel Perez, El Mickey, also known as El Ojitos was arrested.

Above is the Narco corrido commissioned by El Ojos.

    2. The marinas will become the next cartel members, they will not be military forever, and then like the american counterparts that can't cut it as civilians they will have to use their "skills" to survive, as police, which doesn't pay either, but from there the jump to cartel sicarios is a really small
cake walk, only about 10% will be needed, the rest will be losers or killed of go to the Foreign Legion as mercenaries.

    1. 4:02 "el ojos" got murdered, he did not even take off his seat belt, regardless of the accusations against him, this is one more extra judiciary killing, illegal all over the world and even in mexico, were there is NO death penalty by law.
Pinochet had his "Caravana de la Muerte" expediting trials and they went murdering at will.from city to city or town to town, dragging victims by the dozens from military prisons on their Puma Helicopter and burying them in clandestine graves all over the country, after the US Navy and the CIA HELPED THE JUNTA TO MURDER ALLENDE AND TAKE POWER...

Iztapalapa is a neighborhood of Mexico City, formerly known as El DF or District Federal, seat of all the mexican federal powers, like Washington DC, which is also a city surrounded by slums and drug addicts, sometimes lorded over by crack smoking mayors like Marion Shepilon Barry, (Marion Barry) he was powerful, and booooy he likes his smokes, money and hos, like a common gangster, but in heaven now, after giving sech a bad name to his congenerates...
One thing is for sure, Carlos Slim Helu Owns almost all of the maexico City, and .ust have had a hand in turning it into a degenerate hell full of evil demons, the idea is:
--when they get kicked out nobody will care, the rich want to turn the Mexico city "alias El DF" into a giant Mall for the rich and the well off, ONLY...
and most politicians owe him their nalgas enough to get along.

    1. Ok let me explain rules of engagement for you guys that haven't served in any capacity. You cant just run in and open up like John Wayne or Audy Murphy, you have to warn the people first before you fire, then in they offer resistance you can use force.
So the FP and Marines turn up, shout you are under arrest, drop your weapons, they go for their weapons, you open fire, that is legal. From the moment they were warned they were under arrest, what happened subsequently doesn't matter, they cops and marines followed their rules of engagement.

    2. Otis, Is there a video of the "warnings" or it got turned off for reasons of National Security?
--It happened in the 43 disappearances...all the recordings got disappeared too, also Tlatlaya, Apatzingan, Acteal, etc...
The mexican government is a criminal mass murdering government, but they kill their victims one by one too.
--Having a "corrido made to order is not a death penalty sentence according to "the law".

Los cadetes , Los dinamicos, Luis y Julian, Banda el recodo, shoot even los tigres.. I'm a hard working violence FREE person who lives an honest life, people have corridos a bit wrong aside from a SELECT few that may glorify death, or violence, 85% of the ballads are tales of many things, mainly of love, betrayal, and success..frankly it's good entertainment. Doesn't necessarily mean I condone the activities these people may participate in, but everyone loves a good tale, whether exaggerated or not.. just my opinion.

Lets not call cartel every criminal organization now.
