Cancun: 4 Killed in gun attack that may relate to Club Blue Parrot killings

Quintana Roo: Arriving on motorcycles, a heavily armed commando group of at least 10 gunmen, entered the offices of the Attorney General on Xcaret and Kabah Rojo Gomez avenues and opened gun fire killing Humberto Mora Ochoa, a ministerial police officer.

One of the gunmen was killed as he fled the building.

Within minutes more than 100 police arrived on the scene engaging in gunfire against the perpetrators.  The shootout lasted for about 15 minutes. Two additional gunmen were killed during this confrontation for a total of 4 killed in the clash.

The Attorney General was not on the premises at the time of the attack.

    1. @school shootings seem to be becoming more and more common in the US. Maybe that type of violence is spilling across the border to Mexico.

    2. Did they die? Read only about 4 wounded.
Even the shooter was not able kill himself when shooting in his head.

I will take this up in a personal email with the real ppl in charge of this board. We are tired of ur 'views' 'opinions' and GOD 'I am the only one right' rants. Go to hell, the world operates around you with other adequate solutions. Please do not post ur insane one-side rhetoric again. Ur a troll who happens to be a BB 'reporter' in the loose sense of the word.

    3. Our inner cities, except Chicago are good. Mexico is a fucked up country run by inept thieves. The sooner you see that, the sooner you might grow a set big enough to try and fix it. Even if the US was crumbling, it wouldn't negate that fact about your country.

    4. Might be in the inner cities, who cares? It is not the whole country!

    5. A general definition of terrorism is the systematic use as well as threatened use of violence to intimidate a population or government and thereby effect political, religious, or ideological change. Alleged cartel killings and massacres are 'terrorist acts' and will be labeled as such under the new Trump administration. Thus granting authority to engage these sadistic animals with the use of military force and private security contractors.

    6. Hmm..grenade attacks against government offices..terrorism or just a junkie high on meth. Wake up you frigging idiot liberals, this is terrorism plain and simple. The new front is global terrorism and cartels starting tomorrow will be part of that battle.

  4. Anybody notice that:
like good mafiosos, the cops and the crooks in government and the mafiosos and the bikers never say any thing useful until one or the other is in jail for other things?
And even then, they keep the best parts for themselves, like the secret recipe for buffalo wings...
or la chivis address and fotos.

  10. Leticia lara rodriguez aka Doña Lety is the woman they captured & sicarios tried to rescue her in Cancun PGR shooting incident. She is a CDS cell leader in Cancun. She had previously been detained in April/2012 but you guessed it was released there after.. CDS is fighting the Plaza from Feyo old school Zs

  11. The papers are reporting that the dead sicarios are all from Jalisco...would indicate CDNG...they are reporting 30 carried out the attack. There has supposedly been CDS and CDNG activity in the area for a while but I was told they were both affiliated with the local cartels which are the pelones.Gulfos and Zs. Some people say this old school Z is a splinter from the others in the area.strange thing is that noone was being held at that government office but they are in charge of the investigations.
