Tijuana: CJNG (unconfirmed) cell leaders thrown from bridge, dismembered in plastic bags

CJNG members hanged from bridge

For months bodies and narco mantas have littered colonia Sanchez Tadoaba, as the cell of Arturo Herrera, aka El Gross, and his lieutenants claimed the area for themselves, after switching sides, jumping from Los Aquiles, to CJNG.

Last night, unofficial reports are stating Herrera and his right hand man, 'El Piolin' were found in the area of La Mesa, Tijuana, after a body crashed into a woman's car windshield, from an overhead bridge. Authorities found a dismembered corpse in the street, with cuts to his ears, throats, a skull fracture, and other signs of torture, 35-40 years old male.

A few meters up the street, were three more plastic bags, with the corpses of two other men, bags containing the severed, bloody, limbs including arms, legs, torsos, heads.  Socks were still on some of the corpses legs. A narco manta found tied to the bridge, glistening in the glare of the lights, was signed 'Fierro Y Metal', the calling card of a Sinaloa cell leader, 'El Greek', who for over a year has left narco mantas back and forth, in a brutal struggle for retail drug territory.

The signature has been left at the scene of multiple murders and body drops, urging Los Grosseros to 'Take it to the streets'.  Also mentioned in the banner, are El Cayman, and El Flaco, other members of the Sanchez Tadoaba based cell, headed by El Gross.  To be accurate, Los Grosseros are alleged proxies of CJNG, all the members are from Tijuana, and worked their way up in the Los Teos crew, before siding with Aquiles.  They are also linked with CTNG, and appear to work in coordination with some members of CAF, according to recent reports, though it's said CAF is in name only, and no Arellano Felix members are left.

The last week in Tijuana has seen several high profile killings and shootings, including the death of Beto Cervantes in Rosarito, the alleged retaliatory killing of 'El Mike', of a Eminemcia Tijuana, a severed head left in Zona Norte, and several murders over the span of a few days.  It's difficult to say whether it is really Arturo Herrera, as the bodies were severely dismembered, and the men would have had to be kidnapped from somewhere, and then dropped, which is less likely then catching them in the street.

El Gross employed dozens of young killers to coordinate his Teo like rise in Tijuana, one report from Zeta stated he would often be drunk and high, ordering killings for personal slights, or petty disputes, and paranoia.  He has made half a dozen corridos in the last year, singing the praises of him and his cell, including El JP.  Their reign may have ended, blood smeared on plastic bags, tissue, muscle and fat exposed by severed limps with a dull knife....

  3. I doubt el Gross or any of the guys mentioned in the manta are there, their names have been mentioned before in those mantas signed by Fierro y Metal, Edwin Huerta aka el Flaco is the guy running things for the so called new CAF right now and alleged right hand man of El Piloto, it is extremely doubtful they were all picked up by a lowly sinaloa cell as El Griego´s, my guess is this guys were tienderos from Sanchez Taboada who somehow worked for el Gross, and the names being dropped in the manta is to bring heat to Gross, Piolin, JP, Caiman and El Flaco.

The war is about to escalate in Tijuana, this is a tit-for-tat situation-

    6. @9,14: Look up the news buddy, none of the guys mentioned were killed, the manta was a threat against those guys, anybody can be touched but el griego is not one of those guys who can touch anybody.

The manta read somewhat like this: Ahi estan sus muñecas de jalisco, estan si eran bailarinas puñeteras, asi les va a pasar a sus asociados, conmigo se sientan" then went on mentioning gross, flako, caiman and piolin, so basically they killed some guys affiliated with them and left them with a manta. Far from killing a cell leader.

Guys like El Gross are not lasting too long in Acapulco. The locals are not putting up with that crap anymore. Maybe he needs to come on down for a vacation, permanently.

    3. Check your stats and facts 10:36. Some of us on BB have been around awhile and I don't mean a decade or two. I was around when the Colombians ran the game and Pablo was at his all time high. I was around when CAF was the most feared cartel in Mexico. I can tell you for a fact that CDS today is nothing compared to what they use to be. Being number one doesn't last forever and CDS is not exempt to that notion. As I have said before CDS is nothing but a bunch of traitors who jump ship from CAF and CDJ to make the federation. Add the BLO brothers to the mix and you have CDS at its prime. Just wait until the next DEA cartel map comes out and then you compare it to the previous 5 years. Then look at how much terroritory the CDS has lost to the other cartels during the last six years.

    4. CAF dead? There are some remnants of the old guard left over, but they are just groups that simply just cause problems; they are nowhere close to what CAF used to be. The smart thing the leaders are doing is that... ALL THOSE MUGROSOS THAT APPEAR ON TV, NEWSPAPERS, BLOGS, ETC AS NARCOS... THEY ARE JUST A BUNCH OF PAWNS IN THE SEÑORES' CHESS GAME.

  15. I would think most likely its true after recent kidnappings of chapos kids and mayos nephew been killed. I think CDS bosses didn't want a all out bloody war, but there left with no choice, now a real wars coming. Mayos gonna show his true power. He hasn't been in the game for soo long and not been locked up once just by damn luck. He has seen all his enemy's come and go and hes still standing. This is just another one that he will deal with.

    1. I don't think El Mayo has the energy and enthusiasm to fight an all out war. I mean the guy is almost 70 years old. What 70 year old is prepared for an all out war? He is an old lion ready to retire just like he told Chapo before he was caught the second time. I'm sure he was the calmness that was able to negotiate the release of the Chapitos. The only way the CDS can win an all out war is if they resurrect Azul, Nacho, Macho and Bravo or break out Chapo. No matter what anyone says CDS is split. No one trust each other because El Lic and El Chapitos don't know their place. Do you think Mayo can keep them from fucking up? I will be shocked if Mayo could keep it all together at his age.
