Mexico Federal Police Intended to Kill CIA Agents in August 2012 Attack

Records of the Judiciary of the Federation (PJF), as part of the trial of 14 members of the Federal Police who participated in an attack on two members of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and a Mexican Navy captain on August 24, 2012, state that there was no error in the attack and that the defendants "intended to kill those who were the occupants of the diplomatic vehicle, because in their opinion they were 'dangerous criminals'."

The chase and attack stretched for miles along the Mexico-Cuernavaca federal highway.

The surveys conducted by personnel from the Attorney General's Office (PGR) and the reconstructions determined that the lives of the three victims were always at risk during the attack, as the agents of the Federal Police never stopped shooting and opened fire with intent to deprive the U.S. agents and the Mexican Navy officer of their lives. ... The U.S. agents and Mexican Navy officer were unarmed.

According to documents obtained and the decision regarding an injunction brought by lawyers for the federal police, it was confirmed that, in the attack, Mexican police agents traveled in private vehicles, used their official weapons (rifles and pistols), but did not wear their uniforms or bullet proof vests that would identify them.

The report also confirms that the policemen, who are charged with attempted murder and damage to property, did not stop shooting at the vehicle in which the U.S. agents and the Mexican were traveling until one of their commanders arrived at the scene.

The level 6 armor of the vehicle had failed.

  1. How did the armor fail if they all survived?

    1. Because having the highest grade protection, the armour should have been able to stop bullets from an AK or a R-15. The bullets git through some how and some where.

    2. The armor ALWAYS fails if you shoot enough times in the same spot... its only meant to take so many hits.

  3. defendants "intended to kill those who were the occupants of the diplomatic vehicle, because in their opinion they were 'dangerous criminals'." Defendants were right, the CIA is most probably the worst drug gang in the world. They try to look all legitimate, but there nothing more then drug smugglers and murders just like all the rest of the underworld scum that slithers around the world, oh what a better world this would be if they would all just disappear from the face of the planet. Sad thing is these people are looked at as hero's to much of the public that does not know just what kind of animals they are. I remember when it was discovered that the CIA was heavily involved in the death squads in El Salvador as well as many other central and south American countries, I think I've never felt more disgusted with my country then I did when I learned of such a low down fucking disgrace these people are that they would do these things in the name of the US. When it's said that these filthy pigs do these things so that people may have a better life back in the states, I say it's far from it, they do this kind of shit for a very select group of individuals who's greed knows no boundaries, to them having people murdered so they can squeeze another dime out of their land is nothing to them.

  5. Those police officers were wearing plain clothing and using regular cars, they ran to change into uniforms after they were notified that they had fucked up, when they returned in uniforms and official squad cars, were recognized, and they were arrested by SSP, as fall guys, but were working for garcia luna and his narco-friends...
Genaro garcia luna is now enjoying his unexplainable millions of dollars in the state of florida, helping the many businesses of his godfather, carlos slim helu, who has worked the treasure of pancho villa his wife's family had in parral chihuahua into the great business conglomerate that included drug trafficking with the DFS and through the international airport of mexico city, and any and all civil engineering works that the mexican government may need, and robbing mexican banks by the whole bank, fuck it!!!

  6. Could this have been an attempt at payback for the take-down of El Botas Blancas in 2009. Intel on his location was given to the Semar from DEA. He was killed by the marines. This occurred in Cuernavaca, Morelos -- same place where ABL was killed. Hmm. Maybe this was an attemtt at revenge against the U.S.govt./ Semar by CBL.

  7. How did the armor Fail to protect them? They survived a full on assault where they had hundreds of rounds fired at them by trained personnel using high powered assault rifles. So if that means it failed them then I'd love to c it work properly. It probably bounces the bullets back at the shooters n takes them all out

  12. If they were killed then the US would be up Mexico's ass like a proctologist. It was in Mexico's best interest that they lived. If you thought the Mexican drug underworld was turned upside down with Agent Camarena death. Man, this one would have taken the US deeper into Mexican infrastructure than ever before.

    2. Why would the US have to kiss Mexico's ass? Mexico is already our lil sancha. That ass is ours. All we have to do is take it if we want it. But don't worry you'll still get a kiss goodnight. XOXO

  13. Since the death of zapata, US agents in mexico know what to do, call home and get the mexican government big wigs to stop the bullshit or it will be their arses, of course the US puppet mexican government always can call the cochilocos off from any operative, but it could not save Enrique Salinas de Gortari from the AFI or SSP headed by genaro garcia luna and luis cardenas palomino, the carlos slim helu associates...
--El chamuco mayor carlos salinas de gortari himself, he ain't doing nothing about his brother's murder, he will deal to stay alive...

  15. Mexican police was correct those were dangerous criminals. Plus what is the CIA doing in Mexico? If they wanted to stop drug flow they should do it here in the US. I bet their agenda was something else more sinister and that is why they got shot at.

    1. The CIA is worldwide and there isn't a damn thing you or anyone else can do about it. Bitching and crying about it on BB will get you nada. They have more money than these cartels combined and with money there is power. Power to persuade people of influence behind closed doors. As long as there are people on this earth willing to sell their soul for money then the CIA will always have a place in this world. Your rants will fall on deaths ears.
