33 Arrested, 3 killed at Veracruz Zetas Training Camp

Chivis Martinez/Borderland Beat

Federal forces clashed with suspects and broke up a Los Zetas cartel training center, which operated in a town of Veracruz.

During the shootout, three alleged Zetas were killed and training camp another 33 were captured.

In the wee hours of Monday, security forces of the three levels of government, discovered, took control of and dismantled a training center operated by Zetas.  The aftermath left 3 killed, and 33 others detained.

A statement of the State Government reported that the event was recorded in the Rancho San Pedro, Colonia Emiliano Zapata, in the town of Acultzingo

“As a result of intelligence work among members of the Ministry of Public Security (SSP) state, the Mexican Army and Secretary of the Navy of Mexico (Semar),   a training center of  (Zetas) organized crime was located, operating in the Rancho San Pedro, Colonia Emiliano Zapata, in the town of Acultzingo, which led to the arrest of 33 members of a cartel.

During the confrontation, three other members of the criminal organization were killed, while on he part of the police there were no casualties or injuries.”

In addition, it is reported that elements of the Municipal Police Acultzingo, did not show up for work as scheduled on Monday, in fear of being arrested. In drug trafficking areas,  municipalities are notoriously corrupt, including police,  and designated to protect cartels.

In the Rancho San Pedro,  firearms, body armor and equipment used in the training elements of an organized crime group was discovered.

Similar camps have been located in other parts of Veracruz and other states such as Coahuila and Tamaulipas.

Detainees and confiscated equipment were turned over to prosecutors.

  8. Big deal! Here in mexico there are lots of these training camps. We all know where there at,obviously, not the specific location but we know the main states and sierras where they are located. As much as all the cds lovers would like for the camps to be cds, thats not the case. These camps are mainly zetas...this 33 zetas arrested.they wil do a few years and be right back out...another hundred of these camps throughout mexico belonging to zetas,untouched...The second cartel that are continuing to set up training camps is la linea...juarez cartel, aztecas continue top send reinforcements...also cjng is training their members as soldiers now...

Of Texas and Mexico......the cartels have armies and now they will be utilized

    2. I don't mind that happening as long as the federation is not involved. Those fuckere think they are too good. Hence is why CF and Zetas beat their ass even though Juarez and Zetas were outnumbered.

    3. Let them team up! They have already fucked things up in Mexico. At least now the government might just do the right thing for the first time and wipe them out! The people may not like the Government but they hate Zetas!

    5. Oh I forgot 11:42. Everyone is jumping ship so you are right it is just Sinaloa now. The only problem is there is no
Leader of the Sinaloa Cartel. No one knows who is running things. If I had a target on my back and I had four adversaries coming from four directions I would jump ship too. El Mayo will probably retire so that leaves all the different factions carving out their place in the cartel food chain. Too bad so sad.

    6. Whos jumping ship? Since you know it all. fucking lame dont know shit!!!!!

    8. Sinaloa ain't shit in a lot of the areas they use to run. They are jumping ship or getting cleansed by their rivals. Where I'm from there is a lot nervous drug dealers who pushed Sinaloa drugs here in the states because Sinaloa influence was stronger than CF. Now that CF is gaining terroritory they lost in the war and La Linea are settling debts in Chihuahua. The Mexican American dealers who switched are shitting bricks especially if they have family in Mexico.

  14. As of this writing, Z-42 has yet to be caught. It's been over a year since Z-40. That leads me to believe that Z42 is smarter than what many think. Zetas continue to control important plazas, perhaps in reduced way,
and are making incursions into plazas
controlled by other cartels, thus, keeping
    themselves relevant. Moreover, with the
announcement of a alliance with other cartels,
could Z-42 be emerging as a capable leader.
In the world of organized crime, Things are looking-up for Nectar Lima, O.T.M., and F.G.C.

But it's cool. If people thought the federation was string wait until this alliance brings the noise. No one will remember Chapo and his corridos.

  17. As is the case in many countries, prisons are the crucible for criminal organizations. Historically, Lecumberri , Sinaloa State Prison, etc. were controlled by certain criminal syndicates. Now, the control has been handed off to newer , more ruthless and less sophisticated organizations. While this question is not on point, is there any accounting of the Mexican prison structure and what syndicates control what prisons? The fact is, many prisons are completely controlled by syndicates and continue to be the epicenter for the drug trade. Prisons are where many of the 'shot callers' reside and knowing the prison structure gives us a window into the future of the syndicates.

  18. Should of killed them like they did to all the migrants in San Fernando. Fuck the dirty Zetas.

  19. zetas and ct both have the training camps. lfm did also. zetas last for several weeks and they do make sicario recruits kill to prove they are able to. that guy 40 had killed, his friend who was working with dea, name was gordo. he told dea he wanted out he had been to a camp where they were making guiso. he fainted. he thought it was a warning from 40.

  26. Media stunt to appear like the government was cleaning things up. The army probably killed the ones that were flunking the training. Zetas hand picked those that were killed b/c they couldn't just let them go back into society knowing their secrets. Then you "arrest" the rest of the Zetas who will be released quietly later on.

From the youth brigades of pol pot, the viet-minh, the viet-cong and the red guards, to the young assassins performing surgical strikes of precision with $0.02 usd chinese made machetes on the target african population, we come to the hordes of "medicinated" mexican and american youths in charge of surgical strikes and mayhem in the american continent...
The red shirts of the mexican politicians, priistas all of them, show who are the red guards in charge of the ever younger mexican sicarios, they may get a job later at the mexican dragon marts, each and every one of them a little piece of china, with their own little governors and chinese citizens imported from the mainland, china.
No wonder the yucatan peninsula gets less crime, for a while, the forces of evil are busy softening other areas for the takeover, are the dragon-marts going to replace all the wal-marts including in the US?
