2 Grim Discoveries in Chihuahua -19 Dead Bodies

Borderland Beat
Eight bodies were found Saturday morning.  The discovery was made in a field approximately 100 meters off the highway between the towns of Delicias and Satevó, in Chihuahua.
It is believed that some of bodies may be those who were kidnapped Friday night by armed gunmen who abducted three from the towns of Jimenez Parral and two from Valle de Allende.
Gunman arriving with a convoy of eight trucks executed five men Friday night at different locations in the space of half an hour in Meoqui... After seven in the evening, three men were shot inside a vehicle in the plaza of Guadalupe Victoria and minutes later a 17 old year was killed near community  El Torreon, in the same municipality. Another man was later assassinated  at his home, located in the neighborhood of Genaro Vazquez, and according to early reports, the five murders were allegedly committed by the same armed group who allegedly called themselves "Death Commando."
The spokesman for the state attorney general, Carlos Gonzalez Estrada, confirmed the incidents and also confirmed that the eight victims were found half naked, having been killed  from shot to the head in another location, then transported and discarded in this manner near kilometer 46, near the turn off  to Rancho San Miguel in Chihuahua..
He clarified that they were investigating whether the victims are some of the same subjects kidnapped by gunmen on Friday in the towns Jiménez and Valle de Allende.

There are reports of a message being left with the bodies but no details have been indicated.

The forensic medical examiner  transported the bodies for autopsy and identification. (Semefo)

So far the abandoned dead men have been identified as:

Luis Gerardo Baca Ortega
Justin Alejandro Carrazco Vásquez
José Ángel Morales Alferes
Fernando Campos Rodríguez
Edgar Ulises Moreno Peña
José Carlos Medina Padilla
Edgar Armando Sánchez Delgado
Ventura Ismael Guevara Rodríguez

In another discovery, they found the remains of 11 men who were apparently shot about two years ago and buried in a remote area, the AG's office said. The bones and clothing were found in three different clandestine graves, the AG's office said.

Chihuahua has been one of the states most affected by the wave of drug-related violence in Mexico.

More than 11,000 people have been murdered in Ciudad Juarez, located across the border from El Paso, Texas, since 2008.

About 50,000 people have died in drug-related violence in Mexico in the past six years, the majority of them in shootouts involving members of rival drug cartels. EFE

  18. Eleven skeletal remains... I grew up about a mile from the place where the skeletal remains were found. It's not really remote; the sand dunes come right up to the edge of the highway between Juarez and Porvenir. It has been used for decades to dispose of bodies, I suppose because it's easy to dig the graves in the sand. When I was growing up around there, sand dunes, half-broke horses, chasing coyotes on horseback, La Loma Colorada, as it was known, occasionally turned up a body or a skeleton, usually dumped there by the cops, the judiciales, who were the main cabrones around at the time. Pinches vatos bien cabrones. Now, the bodies are being dumped by the narcos... same muertos, different cabrones. And who knows how many are there still there to be found...--un vato.

  21. After reading online for the last month or so it seems after the capture of el CHE Salguiero (Flaco Salguieros brother) the southern parts of Chihuas is under dispute. I read on the Sol de Parral website a couple days after he was popped. El M10 (Mario Nunez) Los Mayitos dumped some bodies in Parral and declared he was now the new plaza boss. We know that Flaco Salguiero and Mario Nunez had beef a while back. Both at the time were (Gente Nueva), Mario Nunez claimed Flaco was overstepping boundaries and that Durango was not his but M10's plaza and that the narcofosa found was F1
s doing. Confusing for sure, but Flaco el F1 was popped and rumor was el Che stepped up to the plate and took his place the he gets popped recently. A while back rumor was that M10 (Mario Nunez) went rogue and split from CDS. Rumor was that he was he had enough power and people to do so. (Now all subject to readings online) Somone correct me if I am wrong. So with Durango bordering southern Chihuas there are several important routes that these traketeros want. We know Durango is disputed to say the least and just when you think you know who controls Chihuas something else pops up. Now I am not nieve to think Chapo controls all of Chihuas, he has his strongholds. We know Carrilos and La Linea aren't dead, (quiet) but not dead. This thing is going to get interesting in 2013 and this late month in December when all the narcos go out and play.

  25. All over Chihuahua the chapos are dropping like turds off a cows ass. People are tired of those guys flashy look at me I'm wearing supertight ed hardy shirts bastards. It was quiet before they back stabbed La Linea and started they're bullshit campaign. They did take Juarez but that already mostly controlled by the locals again. The fucked up shit was that the real "Senor" de los cielos was from Sinaloa. In Delicias the chapos were canceled like a month ago. La Linea are low key and dont like to bring attention. The chapos are real flashy, look at me, and loud fucks. Some of them are alright but the majority suck. This shit has to end. I dont see anyone real coming out on top except AFO because they aren't even at war and have the best pasaporte.
