Eric Holder Grilled Over Fast and Furious

Attorney General Eric Holder in the hot seat in the House Judiciary Committee over Fast and Furious Operation by ATF.

During a recent Judiciary Committee hearing, Adams sought answers on Fast and Furious.

Holder and Chaffetz Fight Over Fast And Furious,

Congressman Trent Franks (AZ-02) questioned Attorney General Eric Holder over apparent contradictions in Holder's accounts of his involvement in Operation Fast and Furious -- the program under which hundreds of high-powered weapons were allowed to fall into the hands of Mexican drug cartels.

  1. now watch as the terminally ignorant peons who post on this site, once again say "who the fuck cares?". The ugly fact that these illiterate turds vote for whoever promises the most entitlements, is the reason why we now have the most corrupt and criminal administration in U. S. history.

  2. The BATFE came from the "revenuers" and the culture seems to have remained the same since those days.
The "gun show loophole" assumes that the BATFE can't attend gunshows.
It is time to do a major audit and clean up of the BATFE. The honest agents deserve it.

Fox News viewers less informed about current events than those who don’t watch news at all, study finds.

A poll released by Fairleigh Dickinson University on Monday found that people who get their news from Fox News know significantly less about news both in the U.S. and the world than people who watch no news at all.

The content of your post screams 'I get my news from FOX.'

  4. The "honest" BATF agents are control freaks.

The "drug war" is a false front used to establish a draconian police state.

The most destructive drug of all is alcohol. Shall we make that illegal also? An earlier generation tried that and were wise enough to see the folly of their ways.

  8. @ first video :51 "at an effort to score political points on a tragedy" -Holder

Right cause you weren't calling for another AWB last year and saying how Agent Terry would still be alive if we still had the ban huh? I guess democrats aren't hypocrites. No they're not political points on a tragedy if democrats do it. But when Republicans try to get justice for the family of Agent Terry it's just a political strategy.

  9. We know from the writings of the fathers of Communism that the "drug war" is a deliberately forged political weapon whereby society is intimidated into accepting an ever more tyrannical structure invading the whole of private life.

  10. So how long are these clowns gonna keep this circus going? They are being run in circles by this liar and they are allowing it to happen. My prediction... Holder gets off with this and so does Obama.

  11. There is no 'hardly Davidson university in the article. Typical RW dishonesty. That is all the FOX news viewers know because they are hopelessly uninformed. The article is in NY daily news...a murdock paper.

This is just the latest study to verify it.

Fox News Cited As A Major Source Of Misinformation During The 2010 Election. A December 10, 2010, study titled "Misinformation and the 2010 Election" that was conducted by World Public Opinion, a project of the Program on International Policy Attitudes (PIPA) at the University of Maryland, showed that regular Fox News viewers "were significantly more likely" to hold misinformed views. From the study:

Those who watched Fox News almost daily were significantly more likely than those who never watched it to believe that:

most economists estimate the stimulus caused job losses (12 points more likely) most economists have estimated the health care law will worsen the deficit (31 points) the economy is getting worse (26 points) most scientists do not agree that climate change is occurring (30 points) the stimulus legislation did not include any tax cuts (14 points) their own income taxes have gone up (14 points) the auto bailout only occurred under Obama (13 points) when TARP came up for a vote most Republicans opposed it (12 points) and that it is not clear that Obama was born in the United States (31 points)

These effects increased incrementally with increasing levels of exposure and all were statistically significant. The effect was also not simply a function of partisan bias, as people who voted Democratic and watched Fox News were also more likely to have such misinformation than those who did not watch it--though by a lesser margin than those who voted Republican.

What does this have to do with anything, Fox never got this story until 6 months after it was already reported by the GOA and in fact it is one of CBS's biggest stories right now.

The truth is you will defend this administration even if it goes out and kills everyone as long as it's your party, but I have some news for you, no one cares what party is at fault, we want all involved in Prison.

  13. I guess you didn't see the poll that showed Huffington Post readers were less informed about the news than non-Huffpo readers. More huffpo readers said Bush started an illegal war in Iraq. More huffpo readers said Bush had larger deficits than Obama. More huffpo readers said after the Bush tax cuts revenue went down.

Do you get it? When you ask questions with a potential political bias you get skewed results.

  17. En el Blog del Narco sale Juarense del Chapo pacta con la DEA.It has alot of informacion, and even has a member of the Sinaloa Cartel admitting to having meeting with DEA agents on behalf of el chapo, and asking the DEA to make arrest on rivals of El chapo mainly on the juarez Cartel. The DEA agents that he met with had office in Phoenix Arizona and in El Paso Texas. He also admitted to having contact with the DEA agents thanks to "El Mayito",or"M1O",whose name is Mario Nunez,a high level boss in the Sinaloa Cartel. It has way more interesting informacion, and shows how corrupt the United States really is,and how much they really support El Chapo, basically arresting rivals of El Chapo in the United States and letting him and his people move drugs peacefully.

******You guys should really post the article on here.

  19. 12:08 kind of like the PRI?

What is shocking about DEA having contact with narcos? How do you expect them to get information, find out who is who, etc. if they don't have direct contact? I'm serious. Tell us how you would go about gathering intel on drug cartels.

You don't think narcos would lie about any of their contact with govt agencies do you?

  20. Holder is a liar. Any operation that crosses international boundries would have to be approved at the highest level, especialy and opreation involving severale branches of the DOJ. They need to put this guy and everyone involved in giving the orders to the agents one the ground, who by the way were screaming, "Hey these guys are taking guns to Mexico we should stop them!" and they were being told to let them go. ALL of them should go to prison, starting with Holder.

  22. The videos was very telling indeed. Holder basically refuses to answer the questions on all counts. If he really didn't know then he wasn't doing his job and should be fired. If he did, which I suspect, he is witholding information and that is a crime.

These agencies had better be communicating with one another or they are not fit to protect the Amercan people and should not exist. After all, protection of Americans (or the country)is the only reason they should exist under the constitution.

We need to trim down and or eliminate these long arms of the bureaucratic government agencies to find real solutions to international and domestic criminal acts. This is a mess and will be for some time to come--like Holder himself said. And--no one has been fired over it--no one!! Oh, two guys were 'transferred' when they have no business staying in ANY government position.

It's time we hold our government accountable!
