In an operation in the capital of Hermosillo, Sonora, personnel from the Ministry of National Defense arrested Raúl Sabori Cisneros, alias “El Negro,” who is identified as the main operator and second most important man in the organization of Joaquin "El Chapo " Guzman in Sonora.
The operation was conducted yesterday in Hermosillo as a result of intelligence work and resulted in an successful operation without having to fire a single shot.
Sabori Cisneros was found in possession of a long gun, numerous communication equipment and a vehicle.
According to information provided by the Department of Defense (SEDENA) through a statement, the detainee works directly for Jesus Alfredo Salazar Ramirez “El Muñeco,” lieutenant of El Chapo Guzman, who controls the drug trade in Sonora.
HIS RELATIONSHIP TO VIOLENT ACTS
Sabori Raul Cisneros is suspected of kidnapping two policemen in the municipality of El Saric, Sonora and their subsequent murder in 2010, the remains were located on March 31 of this year in Trincheras, Sonora.
He is also suspected in the murder of Iván Aarón Canastillo Villanueva, a member of the band "Los Alacranes de Sonora" committed on August 31, 2008.
Furthermore he is directly implicated in the incidents of July 1, 2010 in El Saric, that killed more than 21 members of his organization.
