Police officers responded to an emergency call about two decapitated bodies that were dumped onto the street in colonia Minas Palacios, in Naucalpan, municipality located just northwest of Mexico City.
The unidentified victims are a man and a woman, believed to be between 22 and 25 years of age.
Also found was a message that was signed by the leader of a sicario cell who calls himself La Mano Con Ojos. or The Hand With Eyes.
This is not the first time he has tried to make a name for himself. On February 10th of this year, another man was decapitated in Naucalpan and left with a message attached. La Mano Con Ojos declared himself the owner of the plaza.
“Soy Arturo García Pacheco, esto me pasó por sentirme protegido por la banda de los gaseros y de los fox, también por andar extorsionando a la gente de esta plaza parece que no entienden que tiene dueño, no saben lo que les espera a todos aquellos que se pasen de vergas, sigues tú Lalo, Charly, Belén, negro, Jacobo, y tú también Mecho, también las ratas, violadores, secuestradores y extorsionadores, la plaza tiene dueño, atte la mano con ojos”.

La Mano Con Ojos, also known as El Compayito, is the leader of an influential cell that once worked for the Beltrán Leyva cartel. Investigators say that he left his former position as the head of security for Gerardo Álvarez Vázquez, El Indio some time ago recently.
El Compayito also collaborated and worked with Édgar Valdez Villarreal, (a) La Barbie; Sergio Enrique Villarreal, (a)El Grande; and José Jorge Balderas, (a) El JJ. All three of the previously mentioned capos have been caught and are awaiting trial or extradition to the U.S.
