Tierra del Narco (now along with other news agencies) posted a segment of "El Lazca" 's autopsy report. I have gone ahead and translated it below to the best of my ability. What you find within ( ) are words/explanations I have added for further clarification. I have also included a video which shows the bullet trajectory, it's in Spanish, but I think our readers can get the point (visual illustration). I am having a doctor friend break it down in layman's terms.
El informe, fechado el 7 de octubre, señala que el perito médico forense de la PGJE realizó la necropsia de ley al cadáver de una persona que se tenía como no nombre (nn), emitiendo el dictamen medico legal de necropsia en los términos siguientes:
Examen traumatológico:
1. Herida por proyectil de arma de fuego de grueso calibre con orificio de entrada en region occipital, alojando el proyectil en la base del craneo, en la parte anterior izquierda con trayectoria de atrás hacia delante de abajo hacia arriba y de izquierda a derecha.
2. Herida por proyectil de arma de fuego de grueso calibre con orificio de entrada en la parte posterior de la región parietal izquierda y orificio de salida en región parietal derecha que fracturó el hueso occipital.
3. Herida por proyectil de arma de fuego con orificio de entrada en la parte superior del glúteo derecho con orificio de salida en cara interna de muslo derecho por debajo de los testículos con trayectoria de atrás hacia delante de arriba hacia abajo.
4. Herida por proyectil de arma de fuego con orificio de entrada en parte superior de glúteo izquierdo y orificio de salida en parte superior de muslo izquierdo con trayectoria de atrás hacia delante de arriba hacia abajo.
5. Herida por proyectil de arma de fuego con orificio de entrada en region pectoral derecha por debajo de la tetilla, perforando diafragma, asas intestinales y mesentario, con trayectoria de arriba hacia abajo, de adelante hacia atrás y de derecha a izquierda.
6. Herida por proyectil de arma de fuego por arriba del codo derecho causando fracturas múltiples de los huesos que conforman el codo, trayectoria de atrás hacia adelante, de arriba hacia abajo y de derecha a izquierda.
El fallecimiento se dio a causa de laceración y hemorragia cerebral intraparenquimatosa bilateral y choque hipovolemico y choque traumático.
2. Wound by projectile (bullet) by high powered weapon with point of entry in the posterior area of the left parietal (part of brain positioned above the occipital lobe and behind the frontal lobe) and exit point in the right parietal region that fractured the occipital lobe.
3. Wound by projectile (bullet) by firearm with point of entry in the above gluteal (buttocks) region (left) and exit point on the right inner thigh underneath the testicles with a trajectory of back towards front and up to down.
4. Wound by projectile (bullet) by firearm with entry point in the upper part of the left gluteal (buttocks) with exit point in the upper left inner thigh with a trajectory of back towards front and up to down.
5. Wound by projectile (bullet) by firearm with entry point in the right pectoral region under the nipple, perforating the diaphragm, intestinal loop and mesentary (fold of peritoneum enveloping the small intestine and connecting it to the abdominal wall posteriorly) with a trajectory of up to down, front towards the back and right to left.
6. Wound by projectile (bullet) by firearm above the right elbow causing multiple fractures of the bone that make up the elbow, with trajectory of back to front, top to bottom and right to left.
Cause of death: lacerations and bilateral intraparenchymal cerebral hemorrhaging, hipovolemic shock (decreased blood volume/blood loss) and traumatic shock.

It seems that the wounds are consistent with the picture below, but his body (face) seems to have been prepped for the funeral viewing in the other pictures, our readers can make their own conclusions.
Having lived in Mexico for a few years now I can tell you that things in Mexico are not done anything like in the US.
Mexico does not routinely embalm bodies as is the custom in the US. Due to the fact that people ARE NOT embalmed they are usually buried with 24 hours often less (as in the case of Lalo). Would you want a smelly body hanging around? Most cities cannot afford the refrigeration or the embalming equipment that would be needed to hang onto those bodies more than 24 hours.
As for autopsies...yes autopsies are done 24/7. The person performing the autopsy may not be in the building when the body is brought in, but I can guarantee you that he will be called in. I have read all of the reports on here re: his autopsy and since I work in the medical field these reports make perfect sense to me. I often prepare dead bodies for viewing and I can tell you that a little cleaning up, soap, water and a comb can make a horrible body look presentable again in just a few minutes.
Many pictures of Lazca have been posted and a few stand out to me.
1. The picture where he is laying on the table with his clothing still on. If you notice below the dirt on his shirt there appears to be a black ring. That is actually blood and that spot coincides with the report on the autopsy showing he was shot in the abdomen and went through the diaphragm.
2. In the close up picture you can see the pooling of the blood in the face which would coincide with the pic of the dried blood and dirt on his face (he was face down long enough for the blood to begin to pool).
3. In another picture someone mentioned a "pan to catch blood" under his head. That actually is a head support. They are used to support the head in a natural position so that the neck is aligned properly with the spine.
4. As for the hand position....when a body is being prepared for viewing you take the hands and you cross them across one another on the chest/abdomen so that when rigor sets in they are in the correct position. It appears to me that his hands had been placed in that position and since it does not appear that there were towels under the elbow to support it the hand slipped back down (still bent at the elbow and in the correct position).
The autopsy report actually says the the first wound "housed the bullet in the base of the cranium" meaning there was no exit wound. The second wound "entered the left parietal and exited the right parietal". Think of where your temple would be and go back a little further almost exactly above the ear. These wounds would not be visible from a front view which explains why you do not see any wounds on Lazca once he had been cleaned (just comb the hair over the wounds). The pictures only show his left arm so you would not be able to see the wound to his right elbow or the lower extremities.
