The Attorney General's Office (FGR) seized 15 homemade armored trucks, and six unarmored vehicles after executing a search warrant at a warehouse in Colonia Campestre in Reynosa, Tamaulipas. The property appears to have been used as storage and a workshop for creating homemade armored vehicles by Los Metros.
According to data from the Mexican Secretariat of National Defense (SEDENA), of the 597 narco tanks seized nationwide between January 2023 and June 2025, more than half were confiscated in Tamaulipas.
The overwhelming majority of homemade armored vehicles are concentrated in Tamaulipas and Michoacán, where clashes between criminal groups frequently take place in rural, open terrain that favors the use of mobile cover and protected transport. Far fewer are seen in states where violence is more heavily concentrated in urban environments, such as Guanajuato or Baja California, where armored vehicles are less practical in densely built areas.
The seizures are so frequent in Tamaulipas that local government destroys the captured vehicles by the dozen in monthly filmed events which are later posted online. A recent video showed a number of the captured narco tanks appeared to have the same design, suggesting that they were made with the same plans by a trained team, possibly in a large workshop that that captured here.

I think the Gulf cartel possibly could be the next dominant cartel in Mexico.
ReplyDeleteWrong the Trump cartel
DeleteI mean it is the oldest so there’s potential.
DeleteEscorpiones? Metros?
Delete716 There are so many independents there pushing so much weight. Incredible.
DeleteWrong ... CJNG is and will be the powerhouse. 3 months after mencho death business as usual it's in 03 and all the rest of the CJNG heavy hittaz best interests. War costs money and attracts attention.
DeleteCDN was the third cartel with most purchasing power before CDS broke apart and mencho died.
DeleteIn an alternate timeline CDG is united as one while still having Los Zetas and Familia Michoacana as armed wings. Sinaloa and CJNG wouldn’t stand a chance
DeleteHuh?
Delete10:17 Metros
Delete7:16
DeleteThose days are long gone, the landscape is different and none of the old big cartels will resurface.

DeleteIs it funny or no, how those government lads is right now currently arresting tampico as a method to DRAW-ATTENTION-AWAy-FROM those clearly designated government top secret crossing fields where it abduct yuppies, photographers and lgbt+ hikers/ test weaponry and/or hawking surveillances along with probably weird top secret shenanigans and then get Paris Hilton to cover it up with some fabulous new performance evening gown designer line made for the entertainers of Michigan.
The place looks abandoned. It seems like ninety percent of the time they make big announcements on busts that are a bunch of worthless junk.
ReplyDeleteAnd nobody is ever there when they bust them 😂
DeleteI approve this masssage!
DeleteHow can you dominate when they are spinning you by your tail like kitten?
ReplyDeleteThen you have a break when they smash you on the sidewalk and for dessert throw you in the microwave.
Huh?
DeleteIf you spin them too hard you'll get smeared with poop.
DeleteLooks like a repair shop, don't see anything to suggest it was making armor or capable of doing the armor.......stupid click bait.
ReplyDeleteLa Metriza has crazy rides you can't deny that!!

ReplyDeleteIn Baja El Niño is going to show an Amplified Storm Track throughout winter because it brings an Extended Pacific Jet Stream through the Northern Hemisphere.
The Gulf & Caribbean Coast Hurricane seasons runs from June through the end of November, with September traditionally being the wettest and most turbulent month for states bordering the Gulf of Mexico.
Mexico and the Baja California peninsula feature distinct rainy weather patterns that vary drastically by region, generally dividing between a summer wet season dominated by hurricanes and the North American Monsoon, and a winter rainy season in the extreme northwest.
Hurricane & Tropical Cyclone Seasons on the Pacific Coast & Baja is from the middle-of-May through the end of November it normalizes by bringing heavy rainfall and potential coastal impacts. El Niño brings an Extended Pacific Jet Stream & Amplified Storm Track-especially from August through October.
Preparation for inclement weather conditions should be considered prior to travel and tourism activities for the following regions:
1. Southern and Central Mexico Cyclone seasons are from May to October.
* The Pattern is that Southern and Central Mexico storms typically clear out rapidly, leaving the evenings and mornings cool and dry.
* It’s Precipitation Style lets Rain generally fall in intense, brief bursts during the late afternoon or early evening, which are frequently accompanied by thunder and lightning.
* The rainy season starts from May/June where El Niño brings an Extended Pacific Jet Stream & Amplified Storm Track broadly sweeping moisture in from both the Pacific Ocean & the Gulf of Mexico to create hot and humid conditions lasting until October.
2. The Baja California Sur weather pattern should show an amplified Storm Track from July to October.
* Baja California Sur shares a weather pattern similar to the American Southwest. The Extended Pacific Jetstream Pattern is going to affect the southern half of the Baja peninsula (including Cabo San Lucas). Its primary rainfall occurs from late summer into early fall, driven largely by the North American Monsoon and tropical storm hurricane activity.
* Baja California Sur gets most of its annual rain from sudden, ad-hoc tropical weather events, usually peaking in September. While rain in this desert region is brief, these systems can occasionally bring torrential downpours and brief flooding & are going to be further amplified by the El Niño Precipitation Style.
3. The Northwestern Baja California Winter Rain pattern and precipitation style become amplified by El Niño.
* Northwestern Baja California Summers are generally dry and sunny.
* The Pattern: The extreme northern part of the Baja peninsula (near the US-Mexico border, encompassing areas like Tijuana and Ensenada) features a Mediterranean climate.
* Precipitation Style: Unlike the rest of Mexico, this region's wet season occurs during the winter months. Rain is brought in by low-pressure storm systems moving down from the North Pacific.
whatever will the Metros do now.
Go Metros. yay 🎉
