Sheinbaum Rules Out US Military Action in Mexico After Call With Trump: "It's Not On The Table."

“Sol Prendido” for Borderland Beat

The US president insisted on helping in the fight against insecurity, but the president reiterated that it’s not necessary.

President Claudia Sheinbaum ruled out any military action in Mexico by the United States government to attack organised crime, following her call with Donald Trump, but will continue to collaborate to prevent drug and arms trafficking.

At the morning press conference, which was delayed from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. due to the telephone conversation with US President Donald Trump, the Mexican leader explained that she sought the call because of statements made by her counterpart.

“What prompted the call? He had stated three times that he would be interested in greater participation in security in Mexico, so I believe that under these circumstances it's always better to seek dialogue instead of only through the media or public communication; it's better to talk on the phone.  Furthermore, there is a history of joint work that is already being done, so that's why we requested the call.

He was generally receptive; he insists on the participation of U.S. forces, but we always say that it's not necessary and that we are very clear in defending our territorial integrity, and that there is already collaboration that is working, so it's not needed.”

“Was military action ruled out with this call, in your opinion?” she was asked.

“Yes, yes… Let's say it was made very clear in the conversation that there is collaboration, coordination, and that we continue to work together within that framework. They can always declare something else at some point, and we will seek a new call if that's the case,” she commented, referring to the statement about the contact that Foreign Minister Juan Ramón de la Fuente had with Marco Rubio.

Sheinbaum Pardo reiterated her position on the United States' argument for labeling drug traffickers as terrorists.

“We do not agree; our Constitution and our laws define terrorism in a different way. Organized crime cannot be classified as terrorism. Terrorism is directly related to actions against the government and other schemes... nor do we agree with the United States calling it terrorism and intervening in our country. We made this so clear that we amended the Constitution or added a paragraph to the Constitution stating that the Mexican people are against any interventionism.”

Sheinbaum Pardo acknowledged that Trump addressed the issue of Venezuela during this conversation, which, unlike other occasions, was very brief.

“I told him very clearly that we have a Constitution with very clear constitutional principles, and that's where the conversation ended,” she commented.

She added that they agreed that the security committee would continue working together, and that there would be a new meeting on January 22 in the United States.

Let me give you an analogy, if you have a small vegetable garden in YOUR backyard, YOU have every right to do what you want with it. You can say its for your personal consumption, you can give some of the vegetables away, or you can sell them for really cheap or really expensive to who ever you want, and neither me or your neighbors have the authority what you do with your vegetables. If they left innocent civilians alone and only butchered eachother it would be ok and the only thing to do would be to combat drugs but they fuck with normal people in sick sadistic ways so I’d have no issue if the US wanted to wipe them out. A radicalised teenager who fucks up the stabbing of 2 people on a bus for Isis is a terrorist. When Zetas pull hundreds of migrants off a bus and kill them in the cruellest way to protect their revenue stream they are not terrorists, they are still just criminals. A terrorist is not automatically worse than a mass murderer. Zetas and CJNG at their worst never once threatened the sovereignty of the Mexican state.

DEA agent Michael Levine: For decades, the CIA, Pentagon& secret org like Oliver North's Enterprise have been supporting & protecting the world's biggest drug dealers; The Contras& their Central American allies have been documented by DEA as supplying at least 50% of our national cocaine consumption
"For decades, the CIA, the Pentagon, and secret organizations like Oliver North's Enterprise have been supporting and protecting the world's biggest drug dealers.... The Contras and some of their Central American allies ... have been documented by DEA as supplying ... at least 50 percent of our national cocaine consumption. They were the main conduit to the United States for Colombian cocaine during the 1980's. The rest of the drug supply ... came from other CIA-supported groups, such as DFS (the Mexican CIA) ... other groups and/or individuals like Manual Noriega." (Ex-DEA agent Michael Levine: The Big White Lie: The CIA and the Cocaine/Crack Epidemic)http://michaellevinebooks.com/articles.html

Former Congessional Investigator Jack Blum, on the structure of CIA narco-colonialism:"For criminal organizations, participating in covert operations offers much more than money. They may get a voice in selecting the new government. They may get a government that owes them for help in coming to power. They may be able to use their connections with the United States government to enhance their political power at home and towave off the efforts of the American law enforcement community."(Prepared October 1996 statement of Jack Blum (former special counsel to the 1987 "Kerry" Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee on Terrorism, Narcotics and International Operations) for the October 1996 Senate Select Intelligence Committee on alleged CIA drug trafficking to fund Nicaraguan Contras in the 1980s, Chaired by Senator Arlen Specter)

"We also became aware of deep connections between the law-enforcement community and the intelligence community. I, personally, repeatedly heard from prosecutors and people in the law-enforcement world that CIA agents were required to sit in on the debriefing of various people who were being questioned about the drug trade. They were required to be present when witnesses were being prepped for certain drug trials. At various times the intelligence community inserted itself in that legal process. I believe that that was an impropriety; that that should not have occurred."(Jack Blum, speaking before the October 1996 Senate Select Intelligence Committee on alleged CIA drug trafficking to fund Nicaraguan Contras in the 1980s, Chaired by Senator Arlen Specter).

"In my 30-year history in the Drug Enforcement Administration and related agencies, the major targets of my investigations almost invariably turned out to be working for the CIA." --Dennis Dayle, former chief of an elite DEA enforcement unit. FROM: Peter Dale Scott & Jonathan Marshall, Cocaine Politics: Drugs, Armies, and the CIA in Central America, Berkeley: U. of CA Press, 1991, pp. x-xi.

Taken alone, one CIA drug ring, that of Rafael Caro Quintero and Miguel Angel Felix Gallardo (two Contra supporters based in Guadalajara, Mexico) were known by DEA to be smuggling four tons A MONTH into the U.S. during the early Contra war. Other operations including Manuel Noriega (a CIA asset, strongman leader of Panama), John Hull (ranch owner and CIA asset, Costa Rica), Felix Rodriguez (Contra supporter, El Salvador), Juan Ramon Matta Ballesteros (Honduran Military, Contra supporter, Honduras) along with other elements of the Guatemalan and Honduran military. Cumulatively, the aforementioned CIA assets were concurrently trafficking close totwo hundred tons a year or close to 70% of total U.S. consumption. All of these CIA assets have been ascertained as being connected to CIA via public documentation and testimony. -- from the outline section of this web site: https://web.archive.org/web/20120208083401/http://ciadrugs.homestead.com/files/

  14. Michael Levine interview

    http://ncoic.com/deajive.htm

I've been threatened throughout my life, but one of the scariest threats that I've ever had came in the form of advice from a friend of mine in DEA who is now one of the high level people in DEA. He called me during the hottest part of their investigation into me when I was criticizing the government. To fully understand what he said I need to tell a quick little story.

Sandy (Sante) Bario was DEA agent who was sent to Mexico. I considered him one of the top undercover agents in DEA. He became involved in all kinds of CIA type operations with drugs and eventually ended up being arrested while smuggling drugs. I won't even comment on whether he became corrupt or whether the whole system is so corrupt that no one can go into it without becoming corrupt.

Sandy was being held in a jail on the Texas-Mexican border when he took a bite of a peanut butter sandwich in the jail. He fell down in convulsions and went into a coma. The initial tests indicated that Sandy had been poisoned with strychnine. He died three or four weeks later and the final autopsy said death by asphyxiation on a peanut butter sandwich, he choked on the sandwich.
    That's incredible.

Half the DEA agents I knew believed that he was either offed by some covert agency in the government or possibly some elements within DEA. I didn't want to believe anything like that, I couldn't believe anything like that.

Cut to several years later, and here I am under investigation, criticizing my own government, and a DEA official calls me and says, "Mike I like you. Remember a peanut butter sandwich?". "Are you kidding?", I said, and he replied, "Not at all, I'm only telling you this because I like you"' and he and I never spoke again.

  15. "In November of 1982....secret meetings had been called between DEA, the Department of Justice and the CIA to discuss whether or not [Bolivian officials responsible for flooding our streets with cocaine, who also happened to be CIA assets could be indicted] without jeopardizing CIA programs...

"If any of the CIA assets were indicted, the Agency's role in the takeover of Bolivia by drug dealers, rapists and murderers - and perhaps their role in drug dealing too - might be revealed to the American people....

"The result of the secret meetings ...was that there would be no indictment. The CIA's drug dealing assets would be permitted to continue their criminal ways unhindered by the war on drugs."

"The CIA claimed that indicting these people would irreparably damage 'important programs.'"

-- THE BIG WHITE LIE by Michael Levine, Pages 417-418, hard cover edition.

The Terrorist Who Worked for the US

    ANALYSIS

Written by Hector Silva -JUNE 14, 2018

Luis Posada Carriles died on May 23, 2018, in his house in Miami. He died an old man, at 92 years of age, and, according to Florida media reports, spent the last years of his life enjoying his hobby as an amateur painter.

Nearly 20 years ago, in 1997, Salvadoran and Guatemalan mercenaries Posada had trained and financed set off several bombs in Havana, Cuba. They killed an Italian tourist and would have ended the lives of dozens of preschool children had they been in an adjacent event room in the Hotel Nacional as expected the day terrorists set off one of the bombs there.

A decade before that, in 1985, Posada oversaw logistics at the Ilopango airport. This was during the Iran-Contra affair and at the start of a cocaine trafficking boom in El Salvador, a dirty business that got protection from parts of the United States government and the Salvadoran Air Force. Earlier, in 1976, another bomb exploded, this time in a Cubana de Aviación jet. The attack took 73 lives. This is, in other words, the story of a terrorist who the United States valued and helped protect. (...)

Now that the communist threat is over its a good excuse to bomb countries and pillage their resources. 5. HOW OUR NATIONAL DRUG POLICY RESEMBLES THE MOVIE "CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER"

In addition to intelligence agencies and the DEA selling drugs directly, I am of the opinion that the rest of the US drug policy resembles CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER (The movie) Starring John Kerry as Jack Ryan.

      https://www.nytimes.com/1998/07/17/world/cia-says-it-used-nicaraguan-rebels-accused-of-drug-tie.html

If you don't believe me, watch the film.

      https://miro.medium.com/max/1750/1*vl57SJGOf0z9eCz0_wkh3g.jpeg

In the movie "Clear and Present Danger", Jack Ryan (Harrison Ford) finds that National Security Advisor (NSA) Cutter has struck a deal with the cartel with the knowledge of the US president. The deal would "Cut drug shipments by half, reduce violence" and serve up regular busts (of rivals) that the government can take credit for.

NSA Cutter taunts Jack Ryan by waving a get out of jail free letter in his face ("What's wrong Jack. Don't you have one of these") The film shows Jack Ryan testifying before Congress after confronting the US president in his office ("How dare you bark at me like some kind of junk yard dog. I am The President of the United States!") but the outcome of Jack Ryan's actions are not shown. The president tells Jack Ryan to keep quiet and have some sort of reward and a future in politics.

One of the companies (SETCO) was paid $182,000. The owner of SETCO was JUan Ramon Matta Ballesteros. Ballesteros was convicted along with the heads of the Guadalajara Cartel of kidnapping and killing DEA agent KIKI Camarena. SETCO had also supplied Tijuana Cartel drug lord SICILIA FALCON

  23. LA Times 12/5/1992 Lawrence Victor Harrison Testifies in Federal Court that it took him 4 to 5 weeks to count the $400 million dollar bribe to a Mexican Official on behalf of the Guadalajara Cartel; Godoy describes the bribe as going to Manual Bartlett Diaz and Max Gomez

Lawrence Victor Harrison was a DFS/CIA agent working for the cartel as a communications specialist and a bodyguard. He had previously worked for the CIA in the 1960's helping to identify radical student group leaders on university campuses in Mexico. After noticing that the student leaders were disappearing after he identified them, Harrison requested that he be transferred to a different assignment. He said that he could not stomach his assignment of making people disappear. The CIA re-assigned him to work on radio tower repeaters for the Cartel's communications and as a bodyguard.

Hector Berrellez put Lawrence Victor Harrison through 3 days of polygraph testing at DEA headquarters. Berrellez notified his superiors that when he ran Harrison's fingerprints through the federal law enforcement database, two distinct names showed up. His superiors at the DEA told him not to tell anyone and to use internal memos rather than DEA 6's to document his information about Harrison. Berrellez discovered that his true name was George Marshall Davis.

( In the NCIC Database CIA agent Lawrence Victor Harrison = George Marshall Davis )

Lawrence Victor Harrison agreed to debriefing at DEA Headquarters in Washington DC. DEA agent Hector Berrellez said that he noticed strange things beginning to happen. His fellow agents notified him that a DEA agent from the Mexico City office arrived to the meeting without being asked. He requested to be in the room alone with CIA agent Lawrence Victor Harrison. Hector told his fellow agents it was acceptable for the agent from Mexico City to be present.

After a few minutes, Lawrence Victor Harrison fled the room. Hector said that it took a year for him to locate Harrison again in the mountains of Mexico. He threatened to take Harrison back to the U.S. by force if he did not came back. Lawrence Victor Harrison warned Hector that the DEA was infiltrated and that he had recognized some of the DEA agents as having trained with him in the CIA in Virginia.

Details CIA operations and how they set up a world-wide heroin smuggling operation, and how they expanded into other drug markets. The "War on Drugs" is nothing but a way to get rid of CIA's competition.

It is a chilling glimpse into the workings of the secret government that has operated ruthlessly in this country and around the world for the last forty years, unchecked, answerable only to itself. It is a masterpiece of investigative journalism that reveals the sordid truths shrouded within the "national security interest."

It operates with the explicit and implied authority of the highest officials, and in the name of America's interests it has inflicted great damage on the unsuspecting peoples of other countries and on our own fundamental principles... I wish everyone would read The Crimes of Patriots. Perhaps then the current hearings on the Iran-Contra affair — for Ronald Reagan is the latest to wield this secret weapon and to perish by it — will be the last. 32. Maxine Waters, statement read at Gary Webb's Funeral (13th December, 2004)

I am stunned and pained with the loss of Gary Webb. Gary was a friend and one of the finest investigative journalists that our country has ever seen. The Dark Alliance series was one of the most profound pieces of journalism I have ever witnessed. Gary’s work was not only in depth, revealing and confrontational but it single handedly created discussion and debate about the proliferation of crack cocaine and the role of the CIA.

“Unfortunately, the major news papers attempted to silence him by undermining his personal character and his professional integrity. Through his diligence, he has brought to the attention of the American public the failed policies of the CIA and the drug war.

“I spent two years working with Gary following his revelations and I am convinced that his work was factual and well documented. Unfortunately, as stated before, the attack on Gary Webb by major media outlets such as the LA Times, Washington Post and the New York Times were devastating and destructive.

“It is interesting that at the time that he uncovered and exposed the deficiencies of the CIA, he was attacked as rogue. It is only recently as an unintended bi-product of the war on terror that the rampant problems and mismanagement of the CIA have come to light.

“When he pointed out the numerous red flags concerning the CIA including their turning of a blind eye to the trafficking of cocaine from Nicaragua during the conflict between the contras and the Sandinistas, he was painted as the enemy.

“Gary Webb is a journalist of courage and I truly believe that the latest revelations about the intelligence communities’ failures have vindicated him.

“I will miss him and in his memory I can only hope that rather than silencing, we as a country will cultivate and encourage courageous truth seeking journalists like Gary Webb,”

  33. US CONGRESSWOMAN Maxine Waters Investigation

Quite unexpectedly, on April 30, 1998, I obtained a secret 1982 Memorandum of Understanding between the CIA and the Department of Justice, that allowed drug trafficking by CIA assets, agents, and contractors to go unreported to federal law enforcement agencies. I also received correspondence between then Attorney General William French Smith and the head of the CIA, William Casey, that spelled out their intent to protect drug traffickers on the CIA payroll from being reported to federal law enforcement.

    http://www.nytimes.com/1998/07/17/world/cia-says-it-used-nicaraguan-rebels-accused-of-drug-tie.html

Then on July 17, 1998 the New York Times ran this amazing front page CIA admission: "CIA Says It Used Nicaraguan Rebels Accused of Drug Tie." "The Central Intelligence Agency continued to work with about two dozen Nicaraguan rebels and their supporters during the 1980s despite allegations that they were trafficking in drugs.... The agency's decision to keep those paid agents, or to continue dealing with them in some less formal relationship, was made by top [CIA] officials at headquarters in Langley, Va.". (emphasis added).........The CIA had always vehemently denied any connection to drug traffickers and the massive global drug trade, despite over ten years of documented reports. But in a shocking reversal, the CIA finally admitted that it was CIA policy to keep Contra drug traffickers on the CIA payroll. The Facts speak for themselves. Maxine Waters, Member of Congress, September 19, 1998

The 1982 MOU that exempted the reporting requirement for drug trafficking was no oversight or misstatement. A remarkable series of letters between the Attorney General and the Director of Central Intelligence show how conscious and deliberate this exemption was.

    Page 1

    https://web.archive.org/web/20070613130342/https://www.cia.gov/library/reports/general-reports-1/cocaine/contra-story/01.gif

    https://web.archive.org/web/20070613051429/https://www.cia.gov/library/reports/general-reports-1/cocaine/contra-story/14.gif

On February 11, 1982 Attorney General William French Smith wrote to Director of Central Intelligence William Casey that, "I have been advised that a question arose regarding the need to add narcotics violations to the list of reportable non-employee crimes ... No formal requirement regarding the reporting of narcotics violations has been included in these procedures."

On March 2, 1982 Casey responded happily, "I am pleased that these procedures, which I believe strike the proper balance between enforcement of the law and protection of intelligence sources and methods..."

    https://web.archive.org/web/20050420101319/http://www.motherjones.com/commentary/columns/1998/06/cia.html

Simply stated, the Attorney General consciously exempted reporting requirements for narcotics violations by CIA agents, assets, and contractors. And the Director of Central Intelligence was pleased because intelligence sources and methods involved in narcotics trafficking could be protected from law enforcement. The 1982 MOU agreement clearly violated the Central Intelligence Agency Act of 1949. It also raised the possibility that certain individuals who testified in front of Congressional investigating committees perjured themselves........ Many questions remain unanswered. However, one thing is clear - the CIA and the Attorney General successfully engineered legal protection for the drug trafficking activities of any of its agents or assets. Maxine Waters, Member of Congress, September 19, 1998

One of the anecdotes by the DEA agent, is about how he intercepted a ship with 6,600 kilos of coke on it, He couldn't find the drugs initially, but called a intelligence officer who was an expert on hidden compartments. It was the largest seizure in history at the time.

The Guatemalen g-2/ d-2 (CIA agents) raped and executed the drug dealers family waiting for the ship to arrive (Photos are on his website- scroll to the photos section)

    https://web.archive.org/web/20190721004104/http://www.powderburns.org/

    http://americanfreedomradio.com/powderburns/testimony.html

The guatemalen Admiral seized the ship and proclaimed it as "his ship"

The CIA assets turned in 6,000 KG of the drug, keeping 600KG for themselves to resell and plant on innocent people so that they could be arrested and tortured. (Usually politicians from opposing parties)

The CIA asked the drug dealers who owned the load. They said "PABLO ESCOBAR"

The CIA called Pablo Escobar and began negotiating to sell the load back to him for $9 million Cash. Pablo Escobar sent the lear jet with two pilots and $9million cash as instructed.

The CIA shot the pilots and kept the $9million.

    Pablo Escobar exploded.

He sent a group of assassins to kill the CIA chief of station in Guatemala. The CIA had all the phones tapped and sent a group of Argentinian police officers kill Escobar's men as soon as they arrived, The CIA and escobar hit each other back and forth tit for tat

The DEA agent, Cele Castillo III complained bitterly in cables to the State Department that he was unable to affect any arrests because U.S. employees or assets killed all of the drug suspects. He also said that any wiretap information he gave to Guatemala D2/G2 was used to murder the suspects and steal the drugs, He was unable to make arrests because of this. His Country attache and Ambassador referred to the d2 (Secret police) as "gentlemen" on camera. While working with Salvadoran government trainers, Castillo said that one man (On the U.S. payroll) openly bragged of being the triggerman in the assassination of Archbishop Oscar Romero.

  36. PART 2 Cele Castillo at Ilopango -- Upon being assigned to El Salvador, the DEA agent was told by his superiors to avioid Ilopango airport because of a covert operation run by the WHitehouse from hangers 4 and 5.

While investigating the Ilopango Airport used by the CONTRAS, Castillo encountered a man (Identified by informants as the ringleader) who openly displayed the credentials of the DEA, CIA and FBI upon entering the DEA offices in Panama. He demanded to know if his pilots at Ilopango were listed in DEA databases as traffickers, The DEA agents in Panama ran his name through the computer and found him listed in 7 files as a trafficker and had him tossed out of the office.

A subsequent raid on his home by Castillo found arms and ammunition stacked floor to ceiling in his house, An attempt to trace the arms by U.S. customs agent Richard Rivera were blocked by the pentagon. Also found were diplomatic license plates on his jeep, radios tuned to embassy frequency, ledgers indicating payoffs to Salvadoran military, etc. This was after all departments of the U.S. embassy denied knowing or having any relationship with the man. He was said to be working for oliver north directly, The man called Castillo and demanded his weapons be returned,

Informants at the airport in the control tower and who wrote the flight plans saw boxes of cash and drugs , stacked to the ceiling in the aircraft. The pilots openly talked about the cash and drug runs, landing on U.S. military bases. All of the contra pilots were of record for narcotics in U.S. databases.

The man later sued the government

He said they were communists and "Nothing but pigs" He said that he threw her from a moving helicopter. The same man has a photo of Che Guevara's severed hands mounted on the wall next to the other memorabilia. 40. "There's never been a war on drugs. It's all a fallacy. It's all a facade. Our politicians get up and say, 'oh we're going to fight drugs, we're going to stop the drug flows from coming into the country.' That's not true. They deal drugs themselves to support their Black operations."

    - Hector Berellez, Ex DEA, Operation Leyenda

“Before I left the Agency, I was visited by a supposedly very high-up CIA official. And he told me “Hector, you see, The CIA is not a law enforcement agency. We are not bound by constitutional law. Our job is to protect the United States from foreign enemies .

And he says, “So listen, You be a good soldier. You don’t want to piss off your own government. Just keep all this stuff about the CIA bringing in drugs, The CIA, you know, being complicit in Kiki’s murder, that you allege… You can’t prove it anyway. So you might as well just keep it all quiet.”

“Have a nice life. Enjoy your retirement, Because remember, if you upset this government, you still have that warrant in Mexico. You might find yourself in a Mexican prison and you know you won’t last a week there. So, if I was you, MUM is the word, That’s all I have to say to you” And I said, “Thank you, have a nice day,”

    - Former DEA supervisor Hector Berrellez, The Last Narc

"I said no, They not only carry the credentials and badges, They hold the positions! (...)They actually assign dirty agents under their command."

"It would be like John Gotti being issued FBI credentials.... but he would also be a supervisor in the FBI and they would assign FBI agents under Gotti's command" "Yes, It is that bad in Mexico"

"These cartels members actually hold government positions in all aspects of law enforcement in Mexico" (...) "IT is even worse today"

-Former DEA supervisor Hector Berrellez, The Last Narc

"Guillermo Calderoni defected from the Mexican Federal Judicial Police. Hector hooked up with him in Palm Springs. He told us about corruption in Mexico and he also told Hector "Stop investigating the murder of KIKI Camarena. Your government killed him."

Mike Holm, Former DEA Supervisor. Los Angeles

"I was there. I was the lead prosecutor. We did our jobs, we followed the rules, followed the law.

So, Anything that happened in this case, including kidnappings of bad guys from foreign jurisdictions, was entirely authorized by the American Government.

I want to be very clear about that, because that's how it all came down."

-Manny Medrano, Assistant U.S. Attorney, Lead prosecutor, Enrique Camarena Murder. Medrano admitted that cartel leaders possessed DFS (Mexican CIA) badges and "That gave them a lot of access"

  41. There it is in black and white.. the Killers of KIKI Camarena got their drugs with a company that had a U.S. State Department contract: Setco / Matta Ballesteros, awarded after indictment and with entry in Law enforcement database as a drug runner. SETCO also supplied Tijuana Cartel boss Sicilia Falcone AND the DEA in El Salvador was complaining to DEA HQ that SETCO was operating out of Hangers 4/5 at ILOPANGO. Some of the drug runners like Jorge Morales said that they even received sentence reductions or help with legal cases in return for arming the contras and smuggling their drugs- read about that in the Kerry report, which I attached below this one. Contracts awarded by Rob Owen, embedded with NHAO by Oliver North and over the objections of the NHAO director. Setco was also used by Max Gomex prior to the Contras

    2. @5.52. You do too much research without context. Anyone can find this stuff, the point is what you pluck from the bullshit. Netflix interviews with Bellerez, a dude trying to build his security business appearing in a brutally edited hotchpotch of a netflix doc doesn't help you dude. I believe Bellerez, and I believe his anger is real, but the doc was pointless because it couldn't go any further than it did. The final version was a farce, because the only people he was allowed to talk about legally was a man who wasn't even working for the CIA at the time. He knows full well that Caro Quintero was there along with all the others, as guilty as all of them, but all people remember is the juicy quotes.
"Kiki was killed by his own Government"
      "Really?"
      "Yeah..."
What they don't show is him saying "I mean, you know, not literally, but he was an asset, right? And he was there. Right?"

    4. @324. Caro Quintero and the other drug lords carried and wore dfs badges According to Aida nanny medrano and most of the witnesses. They were cia agents to use the correct term in this case so was the chief interrogator head of the Guadalajara dfs office Sergio espino verdin. Hector is not the only person making the allegations. The report was signed by jack zienter opr, Mike holm head of the la office, ed heath country attaché, manny medrano , Phil Jordan head of epic and assist deputy director, dea Mike Levine dea cele Castillo and hectors partner signed off on the debrief of Lawrence victor harrison who admitted to being an officer not agent

    5. @257. The government admitted that the vetting process was unclear. Setco and the other companies were indeed hired after incitement paid by state dept and exempt from customs inspection. They acknowledge hiring setco. Cele castillo actually documented the other end of the pipeline at ilopango hangers 4/5

  50. Why is there so many ignorant and uneducated people commenting on this platform. Trump is not going to send any type of military forces into Mexico because the U.S and Mexico have an agreement called the Bicentennial Agreement. Mexico has been relentless in maintaining true to their part of the deal. Remember, there have been more high profile captures and extraditions under Claudia Sheinbaum and Lopez Obrador than the previous 5 administrations combined, and that's just one aspect of the Bicentennial Agreement.

Both AMLO and Sheinbaum have kept true to their promises in addressing the Mexican Health, education, economic, public safety and infrastructure issues that had been long neglected and exploited by El RI. You guys rememberel PRI right, the corrupt government that gave Mexicos government its reputation for being corrupt.

The problem I see, is Americans are too stupid and lazy to look anywhere outside of the mainstream media talking heads that brainwash you pendejos into believing that Trump is going to invade Mexico, or this government is worst then the PRI government that reigned with deceit and corruption for 70 years.

Keeping believing everything the media tells you about Mexico. Dont forget, there's a spaceship behind Haleys comet, and a guy with cups of kool aid for everyone. Drink up dummies.

    2. @12.18. Great comment. You're assuming the people you're talking to are adults commenting in good faith, that they bother reading the articles. When a brilliant piece comes out about illegal mining or logging or corruption, anything they can't honk at with a chuckle they all fall silent until another kid gets murdered. Then the little tourists can't decide whether to blame Aztecs or the victims, so pretend they watched it and cover up their fear by talking about something else.

If drugs weren't brought in from Mexico illegally then no problem, but they continue to come in.
Of course Mexico too, has to do it's part in the the extradition of criminals, because USA sends $$$ in the millions to fight the war on drugs, you forgot to mention that part, didn't you honey-boy.

  53. I have a question ❓ For anyone who seen the video of El guero loca get interrogated by los Zetas in that 2014 video she said her comandante was El Gallo but the main leader was "El Ostion". I've done a lot of research and cannot seem to find any info besides an article about a narco manta that calls him out and is signed by El lazcano. Does anyone know if he's still active in Aldama?

    1. 2014? None of these fucking idiots live that long

      Delete
    2. @6.20. Hey. El Ostion wasn't a criminal, they're talking about political and police protection. Gallo, long dead, was paying people above that were siding with the Gulf. It was the only point of these videos being filmed. People say it was to "strike fear into the hearts of their enemies" but it wasn't, it was to flip people in power, people who had families and no real protection. I don't know why you're researching the murder of those 4 women, but I hope you haven't watched YouTube videos where they mistake La Muneca with the real Guera Loca, who is also confused with 2 other completely different Guera Locas during that war. Every source you will find will be poisoned.
