Military Special Forces Carry out Raid In Ciudad Acuña, Coahuila: Two Cartel Del Noreste members are captured and drugs-ammunition is seized

Ciudad Acuña – A joint operation between the National Guard and the Attorney General's Office resulted in the seizure of several kilos of drugs and the arrest of two people in the Las Américas neighborhood.

The operation took place this Monday afternoon at a home in the aforementioned area, as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged drug dealing activities. During the operation, authorities located packages containing marijuana and methamphetamines, which were seized at the scene.

The two detainees were taken, along with the drugs, to the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office in Piedras Negras, where their legal status will be determined in the coming hours.

So far, authorities have not revealed the identity of those involved or the exact quantity of the seized narcotics, although it was reported that the investigation is still ongoing.
