A woman walking to work stumbled on a gruesome sight, three human heads, two men and one woman, together with a 'narco-message' addressed to police officers and a state official, appeared this Saturday morning in the Leonardo Rodríguez Alcaine neighborhood, Region 516, on 34th Street and Avenida 135, between Nichupté and Politécnico de Cancún.

With this finding the tally is  14 executions in 11 days of 2020 in Cancun.

Around 6 o'clock the incident was reported to the 911 emergency number, to which elements of the Quintana Roo Police arrived, who observed the presence of the three heads. Agents from the Ministerial Investigation Police (PMI) also arrived.

With the remains, a narco message was sent to the Deputy Attorney General of the State Prosecutor's Office (FGE) in the north, Julio César Moreno Orendain, as well as to the Municipal Undersecretary of Public Security, Nesguer Ignacio Vicencio Méndez, and Antonio Villalobos Carrillo , legal advisor of the State Government.

'Antonio Villalobos, Julio Moreno, Nesguer Ignacio Vicencio Mendez, keep on selling the state to (CJNG-Jalisco New Generation Cartel) sons of bitches, you are going to die!'  Orendain: This isn’t Tulum or Playa here, you're going to cry blood”.

"Greetings to Claudia, Oscar and Yuli ... Villalobos: Stop being a whore What would Bonnie and Jr say? They are going to die. Dogs are going to die Sincerely, the craziest”

    2. AMLO, keep on in fighting corruption, go after the money, fighting from the top to the bottom, dont listen to these "they are terrorists" guys. They just want to sell more guns to the mexican cartels and fueling the war on drugs as they can make a very good living from it.

    5. 710 Mr. Compare things to USA, Chicago did not have the same homicide rate of 33,000 like Mexico, your way off, I am sure thiers homicides in Chicago, but not like Mexico.

    6. Can’t compare Chicago’s crime with this. I’m from Chicago and yes like any major city there’s crime but not to this extent.

    7. AMLO is inheriting a war started by Calderon. It is something presidents of future generations will have to deal.

Beheading cartel structures only creates more chaos, they need to go against the money, not the leaders. No money = no armies, no corrupting officials, no commercial fronts. Only then they can deal with the leaders.

    8. Civilised USA had about 21, 000 homicides in 2018 and that's with no cartel wars! Shocking.

    9. @6:27

Usa is about three times bigger than Mexico and yet 10.000 homicides less.

    10. 11:54 Mexico did not organize murders in the US.
The US spent 36 billion dollars in their war On drugs over 12 years and exported most of the weapons in Mexico to the country, never mind the money laundered in US by american and other worldly Banksters

How many more times you will need correction?
Never mind your vote, do not reelect him, but the criminals do not ask for AMLO permission to do their crimes.

    3. 11:28 what cartel?
Cartels exist since the 60s, created by the CIA and their puppet DFS to "fight communism" but dedicated to making coin for US republicans ever since.
You have been brainwashed by the chayote press seeking to extort AMLO along with criminal governors who stole the budget to fight crime in 2019 and want more to do the same in 2020...

  12. As a property owner in norte BC, I've never understood why the Mexican people as a whole accept, and basically glorify, a society that tolerates daily decapitated heads in coolers in the streets, bodies hanging from bridges, and gangs running around with 50cals strapped to their Toyotas shooting up innocent civilians. Why do they allow this shit to happen to themselves?
