  2. Nothing wrong with crying. WE ALL CRY. It doesn’t make us any less of a person. I think he was just overwhelmed with emotion on that day. Probably thought he’d never be handed over to the Americans. Things could’ve been worse for him. He could’ve just as easily ended up stuck in a video with a chainsaw coming at him. I think sooner or later his enemies would’ve eventually caught up to him. - Sol Prendido

    5. Sol....I have no problem with his conviction. My problem with the trial was all the deals they made with just as evil men to get an easy conviction. And still no seizure of $$$. He's going where he deserves. But since he's been locked up, the drugs have not slowed. In the end, they cut deals with monsters to get him and they didn't need to.JMO

    6. Yea GrandeRojo it’s weird how that played out. Convict 1 bad guy just to release many other bad guys so leniently. - Sol Prendido

    7. Well put ElGrandeRojo.
      Drugs will continue to flow and backroom deals will continue. All this at a very high cost to American taxpayers.
      Justice was partially served and partially dismissed. Depending on how one looks at it.

      Good input.

  5. This illustrates the power of America (not bragging just pointing it out). It brought one of the most powerful narco war lords to tears. Not surprised they released it now, this makes him look human and it could easily have influenced a juror. Also I believe his legacy just took a big hit when he wiped away that tear (I'm not ridiculing him, I'm sure many of us would react the same way in his position, but to many in the drug trade that was a sign of weakness.)

    Thanks again to chivis and company for making this website great.

    2. It is stated in DEA and CIA interrogation manuals that detentions (or in this case extradition) should be surprising and with force, if possible while the detainee is asleep for more shock. I agree with this comment, this was an intentional prep for interrogation.

      Every detainee is trated differently but I am guessing Chapo falls under this category (For educational reasons);

      3. The greedy, demanding character.
      This kind of person affixes himself to others like a leech and clings obsessively. Although extremely dependent and passive, he constantly demands that others take care of him and gratify his wishes. If he considers himself wronged, he does not seek redress through his own efforts but tries to persuade another to take up the cudgels in his behalf -- "let's you and him fight." His loyalties are likely to shift whenever he feels that the sponsor whom he has chosen has let him down. Defectors of this type feel aggrieved because their desires were not satisfied in their countries of origin, but they soon feel equally deprived in a second land and turn against its government or representatives in the same way. The greedy and demanding character is subject to rather frequent depressions. He may direct a desire for revenge inward, upon himself; in extreme cases suicide may result.

      The greedy, demanding character often suffered from very early deprivation of affection or security. As an adult he continues to seek substitute parents who will care for him as his own, he feels, did not.

      The interrogator dealing with a greedy, demanding character must be careful not to rebuff him; otherwise rapport will be destroyed. On the other hand, the interrogator must not accede to demands which cannot or should not be met. Adopting the tone of an understanding father or big brother is likely to make the subject responsive. If he makes exorbitant requests, an unimportant favor may provide a satisfactory substitute because the demand arises not from a specific need but as an expression of the subject's need for security. He is likely to find reassuring any manifestation of concern for his well-being.

      In dealing with this type -- and to a considerable extent in dealing with any of the types herein listed -- the interrogator must be aware of the limits and pitfalls of rational persuasion. If he seeks to induce cooperation by an appeal to logic, he should first determine whether the source's resistance is based on logic. The appeal will glance off ineffectually if the resistance is totally or chiefly emotional rather than rational. Emotional resistance can be dissipated only by emotional manipulation.

If he goes to jail anybody and everybody should go also from the bankers here in the states to the DEA/CIA who looked the other way for some juicy Intel on other cartels. If we really are gonna take the moral high road let's do it with some class and send everyone making money off to add cause this seems like a hollow victory

    Sicario006 and Antrax Black Ops, that was trained by an ex Delta Force CAG, will bust him out any minute now.The team has very powerful weapons such as the Walther MP, Silenced HK MP6 ,Barrett M82 and Benelli M4 Super 90 auto matic shotguns. They also carry RPG's. They are undercover and not driving around in blackout bulletproof Jeep Rubicon's and specially modified BMW all terrain motorcycle.

  56. 3:59 . Part of what you say I don't agree with . The part where you say he is laid back sipping wine . They got his sorry ass and all the riches he has compiled wont do him any good .
    Speaking of his riches all the people on here saying they wont get it . None of you thought they had anything but dishonest snitches either . It turned out they had a very solid undisputable air tight case . Nobody deserves what they get more than Chapo .
