In Jalisco, National Guard recovers around 60 thousand liters of fuel

Press Release 319/State

Mexico City, Mexico, September 6, 2022

As part of the joint plan to combat the theft of hydrocarbons in Jalisco, members of the National Guard (GN) secured a tractor-trailer loaded with close to 60 thousand liters of hydrocarbons.

During prevention and surveillance patrols on the Maravatío-Zapotlanejo highway at kilometer 474+00, municipality of Zapotlanejo, the National Guardsmen spotted a tractor-trailer with fog lights on.

By means of audible and visible signals, the guardsmen instructed the operator to stop the truck in order to apply the infraction for violating the traffic regulations.

After requesting the vehicle's documentation, the driver could not prove the legal origin of the fuel, and was therefore detained.

The operator was read the Cartilla de Derechos que Asisten a las Personas en Detención and, together with the objects, was handed over to the Attorney General's Office (FGR) in the state, to continue with the corresponding investigations.

The National Guard reaffirms its commitment to fulfill the tasks entrusted to safeguard the patrimony of Mexicans, as well as to ensure the welfare of the population.

  2. In Reynosa under the leadership of Primito and his brother R8, CDG Metros faction are no longer selling illegal fuel blatantly as under the leadership of Toro M42. Let's not forget that the AMLO started to crack down hard on those who sell illegal fuel, and in Jalisco CJNG in a banner stated that they would no longer sell fuel.

    3. 10:19 in Tejas it is not cartels selling pirated fuels, it is "businessmen" and refineries refine stolen hydrocarbons because tejas oil wells are dry holes, they have been living on pirated fuels for a looong time and it is not like El Chapo dug them tunnels to hide the trafficking.

    2. Read somewhere something about how its done, dont remember very much but it was awesome and pretty high-tech to evade the alarms and handle the pressure in the pipes.
The easiest way was to bribe the people at the plant and just drive in with a fuel tanker

    3. Good afternoon everyone. To 510pm. Soooooo it's a pretty dangerous process not only finding a pipe. But also have g the ability to cut into the pipe and the logistics of siphoning fuel while at the same time adding some other fluid so that it doesn't show that the pressure in the pipe has changed ( which is monitored by the fuel company). Not to mention the dangers of having some sort of explosion. Which I would say is a common thing. I hope that gave you a small run down on how this works.

    4. Siphoning is for stealing gas from trucks and cars, PEMEX tech and Indians and engineers known where the pipes are and where and how to install illegal taps, but real fuel get pirated at sea by the tanker ship, that feeds a lot of tejas refineries.
