El Molca has been one of the bloodiest drug traffickers in recent Mexican history.

He worked with the Knights Templar, as well as for the Millennium Cartel - now the Jalisco New Generation Cartel - and the Beltrán Leyva brothers.

Federal Police personnel presented Ramiro Pozos González, nicknamed "El Molca", the alleged leader and founder of the criminal organization known as La Resistencia.

The founder of the defunct La Resistencia criminal cell, Ramiro Pozos González, El Molca, was sentenced this Wednesday to 28 years in prison.

The sentence has been imposed on him nine years after his capture by federal police, when he was at the entrance of his home in the State of Mexico.

El Molca has been one of the bloodiest drug traffickers in recent Mexican history. He worked with the Knights Templar, as well as for the Millennium Cartel - now the Jalisco New Generation Cartel - and the Beltrán Leyva brothers.

Pozos González left a trail of violence in the places in Mexico where his criminal cell operated. On September 11, he was captured and nine years later sentenced. The image of El Molca, smiling after being arrested, flooded the Mexican television and press. The capo looked at the camera and with his thumbs up, spoke of the war that was coming between the Sinaloa and Jalisco New Generation cartels.

During his presentation to the press, three federal police officers lowered Ramiro Pozos from an armored vehicle and guided him, holding him by the shoulders, to the table where a Kalashnikov rifle with gold inlays on the handle and the magazine, which was supposedly the property of the man, was displayed.

Before the cameras, the stout man with the misshapen nose smiled subtly, then uttered some unintelligible words and finally showed his teeth. He then adjusted the handcuffs and raised his thumbs as if in a greeting sign.

Federal Police personnel presented Ramiro Pozos González, nicknamed "El Molca", the alleged leader and founder of the criminal organization known as La Resistencia.

The Attorney General's Office (FGR) has reported that the criminal leader is responsible for crimes of organized crime, against health in the form of drug dealing, possession of cocaine and marijuana for commercial purposes, and collection of firearms for use exclusive to the Army, Navy and Air Force.

Along with Molca, his brothers, Gerardo Pozos González, Maromas, Juan Francisco Pozos González on the 8th and a subject identified as Héctor Fidel Miranda Hernández, alias Pájaro, were also sentenced to 20 years in prison. The three men are accused of carrying a firearm and possession of rounds for weapons, all for the exclusive use of the Army.

Federal Police personnel presented Ramiro Pozos González, nicknamed "El Molca," the alleged leader and founder of the criminal organization known as La Resistencia.

In the 1990s, Pozos González became one of the trusted men of Nazario Moreno, alias El Chayo, leader of the Knights Templar, a cartel that murdered and tortured for "divine justice."

He was also part of Los Valencia, a criminal organization that transported tons of cocaine from Jalisco to the United States; He had connections with the Sinaloa and the Gulf cartel; Since 2010 he was the leader of his own cartel La Resistencia and had achieved alliances with Los Zetas.

The Resistance emerged after the breakup of the Millennium Cartel. In 2010, after the death of Ignacio Coronel (1954-2010) - Joaquín el Chapo Guzmán's lieutenant - that criminal group, which depended on the Sinaloa Cartel, fragmented and two criminal cells emerged: La Resistencia and the Jalisco New Generation Cartel. , headed by Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes.

Then, a war broke out between the CJNG and La Resistencia to take control of drug trafficking through the Pacific route. Between 2010 and 2012, the four-letter cartel managed to defeat La Resistencia and begin its expansion to Michoacán, Guerrero and Veracruz. In 2012, Erick Valencia was arrested and El Mencho assumed full leadership.

  7. El Lobo is serving a sentence in the US, where he was sent after being arrested in 2011 for criminal association and crimes against health. He could get out of jail in 2025, though. Maybe even earlier as he testified against GGLuna
btw. was also presented without cuffs, even got a nice chair to chill.
