"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat
Inhabitants of the municipality of Las Campechanas informed the authorities about the discovery of a backpack with a cardboard and threatening message against thieves.
At the moment it’s unknown precisely what exists inside the backpack, however, unofficial versions indicate that it could be a head.
Elements from various corporations arrived at the crime scene to determine the facts and look for those responsible. The message was addressed to thieves with the phrase "This is what happens to rats."
