Zacatecas: Six People Are Killed In About 15 Hours

The Zacatecan capital, the municipality of Ojocaliente, Villa de Cos and Guadalupe were the places of the armed attacks

Four women were executed last night, Thursday and Friday morning. At least six people have been killed in the state of Zacatecas in the last 15 hours. 

In just fifteen hours six people were killed in the state of Zacatecas; four of them women; there are no detainees of those responsible for the armed attacks.

Yesterday, Thursday night, two women were executed in different points of the Zacatecan capital, the first of them, a young woman, was murdered on Puente Street, in the Buenavista neighborhood, it was eleven at night; minutes later on 21 de Marzo Street in the Benito Juárez neighborhood, another woman was executed.

On Friday morning, in the municipality of Ojocaliente on Independencia Street, near the municipal DIF, the lifeless body of a man was located, he was bound hand and feet and showed obvious signs of torture.

Around 10:15 in the morning, a couple traveling on board a motorcycle were the target of an armed attack while driving on the Arroyo de la Plata road, near La Purísima park in the municipality of Guadalupe, Zacatecas.

An hour later, on Federal Highway 54, heading for the municipality of Villa de Cos, near the vehicular bridge, the body of a deceased woman was found.

The Attorney General's Office of State Justice opened the corresponding investigation folders for each of the events and transferred the bodies to the Forensic Medical Service for the corresponding necroscopic studies and subsequent identification.
