Mexico City: Two Men Of La Union Tepito Are Shot At A Beer Stand

"Sol Prendido" for Borderland Beat

An armed attack against the clients of a beer post in the Morelos neighborhood, Venustiano Carranza, left two men dead and four people injured.

This past Friday night, armed individuals shot at the patrons of a beer stand, on the corner of Alfarería and Plomeros, some of the victims were part of the criminal group La Unión Tepito, according to initial reports.

Two men identified as Carlos Flores and Jesús Huerta died after being shot 20 times. 

While Joshua Ortiz, Fernando Morales, Jesús Buendía and Karen Escalona were injured, they were taken in serious condition to the Balbuena Hospital.

The aggression is due to the dispute held by criminal organizations.
