  1. No special treatment for incarcerated criminals, they are already isolated in thier cell. Chapo already got used to being in his 8x12 mini suite, just don't turn on the news and Chapo will be ok.

  3. Another of the many ways people are trying to exploit this situation.
A legitimate claim for human rights organizations. While a security threat for those who dispense justice.
Expect anything to everything in behavior practices from all corners of life with this. Even with the possible cooperation to US law enforcement agencies. The risks outweigh further prosecutions.

    1. 11:58 genarco garcia Luna IS NOT A GOVERNMENT OFFICER ANYMORE.
he is under arrest on the US for many things like having alliances and deals with drug traffickers when he was also in charge of the War On Drugs employed by the US government, sure he has much more than 1 million dls.

    2. While he was in charge, there were in Mexico about 18 billion dollars sent by the US for the war on drugs, many of them left over by US middlemen must have landed up in genarco's accounts, combined with drug traffickers payments, must be a much bigger chunk than the million he offered to the US doj to let him go.
