El Cuini denied transfer stays in Altiplano due to escape rumor

Cuini was moved to Altiplano to avoid escape plan

'El Cuini', brother-in-law of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes , 'El Mencho', maximum leader of the CJNG , must remain in the maximum security prison of the Altiplano, in the State of Mexico .

The decision of the Third Collegiate Court in Criminal Matters of the Third Circuit ratifies the ruling issued by the Fourth Unitary Court of Jalisco that described as “illegal” the transfer that at the time a federal judge authorized for 'El Cuini'.

It should be remembered that on July 27, González Valencia was transferred to the Altiplano prison as a precaution to avoid a possible escape.

This is because a criminal group opposed to the CJNG revealed through a video on social networks that the escape of the brother-in-law of 'Mencho' was being planned .

    1. I’m not. I think cjng is going to splinter after Mencho is detained in a show of ‘law and order’. They say size doesn’t matter, but when it comes to duffel bags of cash for the president, it really does. For that and other reason like indiscriminate homicide and territorial control, I would not place my bets on cjng winning 2020 big picture wise
